We bought our first Honda from Roush in 1997, and traded it in this week, for a Honda Element. In all those years (since '97), my husband and I frequently said that since we'd experienced the care and cour it in this week, for a Honda Element. Naturally, when it was time to trade in that '97 car...we didn't even consider another dealership. Why would we? There simply couldn't be better service, or a more helpful team. In buying this used Honda Element (which was a car I'd wanted for a variety of reasons--and I'm really sorry Honda doesn't make them anymore), I got an incredible amount of help from Lori Strohofer. Who kept an eye out for a good deal for me, with everything I needed in the car. I'm very appreciative of her help and the whole experience was incredibly easy, and also made me feel as if I had the support and the reliability--which I already had enjoyed--of the whole Roush Honda team behind me. It was great, he gave me a list of what was on the lot, we did a test drive, and he was very (very!) knowledgeable. I loved that he knew what I was looking for and didn't try to persuade me into something else. He gave me just the right amount of great information to consider (financing and so forth), which was very helpful for my decision-making. After a couple of visits, I did end up getting a PERFECT (for me) Honda Accord. I am totally and completely sold on Roush Honda (their employees own the place, so its up to them to make it a good company). I have yet to have any service done on my car, but I am going back to Roush for the service, too. I bought a Certified Used vehicle, check those out - the warranty is amazing! More

She didn't waste my time with any old car. Like the salesman from another dealership that called me with a vehicle that hit only 1 of my requests. I've been using Roush for my service since I moved to Columbus, Ohio. 8 years now. The absolute best service center I've encountered, and I've lived in 4 states. Quality personnel that have never tried to make me spend more then absolutely necessary on repairs and are always availble when I have a question. In 2 years I'll be back when I hope to replace my vehicle. But since it is a Honda, I'm sure it will still be running strong. More
