I had a very pleasant experience working with Roush Honda. Lori Strohofer was respectful, friendly, and not pushy when we were working through the decision on whether or not we were going to buy from Honda. The gentleman that handled my financing (Joe Glomski) put me at ease. I was afraid the financing process would be several extra sales pitches to guilt me into spending more money, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was not pushed to buy anything extra and he found me a great bank to finance my car loan. The overall car buying experience was easier and better than I anticipated. My recent experience at Roush Honda was my first, and I was very pleased. I had heard good things from a friend who had recently purchased a new Honda there. All of the staff that I interacted with were friendly and the consultant I worked with took good care of me. He was flexible and service-oriented, and though he is a salesman in the end, I did not feel pressured. I also like the personal warranty Roush has; it really shows a commitment to Honda and their customers. I intend always to return to Roush to service my vehicle, and I would recommend them to car buyers. More

I did not buy my 2010 Honda Accord Coupe from Roush Honda. But when I inadvertently locked my keys in my trunk (and the car was locked), I called the closest Honda dealer nearby, which was Roush, to se Honda. Within a half hour roadside assistance was at my car and had it open for me...FREE OF CHARGE! And the gentleman who helped me, Mike, was so friendly. I am grateful to them for their help. We found the staff at Roush to be extremely professional, which we appreciate. We were certainly encouraged to buy a car at Roush we did not feel pressured or that we were being given a canned sales pitch. which we appreciate. Having purchased multiple new cars from Leigh Daniels, we called him to get a referral for a used car person to speak with to purchase a used vehicle for my daughter. Tom Miller called us within 10 minutes of our phone discussion with Leigh. We told him we were seeking a low mileage, certified Honda. We were not interested in looking at any other dealership; we only wanted a Roush Honda certified vehicle. Tom Miller greeted us at the door, shared with us the car we had inquired about had just been sold, but had another car matching our description of what we were wanting. Tom warned us the car had just been acquired by Roush and had not had the opportunity to be cleaned properly. Knowing Roush Honda, that was not an issue for us. After driving the 2009 Civic Coupe, we were prepared to negotiate because it matched everything else we wanted. Tom was very low pressure and was clearly interested in helping us secure the car. There were a few minor, cosmetic things on the car that needed to be taken care of, and Tom agreed to take care of everything. We picked up the vehicle in less than 24 hours, yet the car was completely clean and prepped to our satisfaction. We will continue to be loyal Roush Honda customers! More
