I want to commend Mr Phillips' customer oriented, knowledgeable and friendly service. While I knew what I wanted in a used vehicle when I walked in, he made the buying process very easy. There wasn't a lot of walk back and forth to the manager to haggle price. We all know every salesman knows what the dealership paid for each used car and the margin they must make. There's no need to play the "get permission from the manager" game and Richie didn't. I felt like I didn't waste a lot of time in the negotiation, but did have room to work the price down. Much better than the dealers that have the "no haggle low price" that isn't low at all. Richie is very knowledgeable about his product line. He took the time to answer my questions about the car with real facts, not just vague "I think" answers. He also introduced me to a Maintenance Customer Service Adisor and explained the drop-off, loaner car, and pick-up options. Another additional step I thought was very useful and helpful. The company should be prode to have Richie as a face to the public. More

Worked with Dennis Kramer on buying a used Honda Accord and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had...and I've purchased a number of cars over the years! Everyone was friendly, didn't put any and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had...and I've purchased a number of cars over the years! We tend to keep our cars for 7 or more years so the purchase of a new car is a serious decision for us. Roush Honda has an excellent reputation among our friends so we decided to visit dealership. John Newton is the sales representative with whom we worked. He was knowledgeable and straightforward. There was none of the game playing that we experienced at other dealerships. We felt good about our interaction with him. I don't know if this was the best price we could have gotten, but it seemed fair to us. We don't like to haggle so we just asked him what his best price for the vehicle was and that is what we accepted. We visited and researched other Honda dealers in the area and Roush Honda had one of the best ratings. We were comfortable with our overall experience. We will continue our evaluation as we experience service in the future. More
