I worked with Richie Phillips he was knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly honest. He gave me a tour of the facilities, showed me around the service department and introduced me to some of the friendly, and most importantly honest. My family has bought 4 Hondas from Roush--a Civic Wagon twenty-five years ago (my first new car purchase!), a used Accord and used Civic in 2011 and a used Odyssey just this June. Richie has been our sales twenty-five years ago (my first new car purchase!), a used Accord and used Civic in 2011 and a used Odyssey just this June. Richie has been our salesman for all of the used cars, and has been friendly, knowledgable, accommodating, and informative. He answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood what we were getting. He made what for us is a grueling process seem easy and a no-brainer. We bought Certified Used Cars, which take a lot of the guesswork and stress out of the deal. Also, we had to finance this last car, and that went more smoothly and quickly than anticipated. We have just made our very first Honda purchase which is a new CR-V. We had narrowed our choices and were just a few questions away from finalizing our decision when I entered the dealership. I met with Kristen and it wasn't long before the anticipated discomfort of being in an automobile showroom with a salesperson was put to rest. This dealership was obviously different from any other with which I had dealt and the angst of eventually entering into a negotiation process was gone. Kristen showed me the vehicles in the Roush inventory that might meet our criteria but it was necessary to leave and return later that day with my wife in order to get her input. We returned and made a purchase that same day and could not have been more pleased with our experience. Never did I feel rushed to buy or pressured to buy other products or services as had been my past experience with other dealerships. I now must ask why I had not discovered Roush sooner. I have purchased vehicles from three different dealerships in the greater Columbus, OH area. Out of the three, Roush Honda is in a category of its own. This was the second time my wife and I hav dealerships in the greater Columbus, OH area. Out of the three, Roush Honda is in a category of its own. We have worked with both the new care dealership and the pre-owned dealership and were equally impressed by each. During our most recent experience we worked with Richie Phillips. I would recommend that any of my friends and family members work with Richie. He is professional, courteous, funny, and I truly felt that he had our best interest in mind. That has NOT been my experience at some of the other local dealerships. We have also regularly used their service department and have nothing but good things to say about them as well. I'm a long-time loyal Tom Miller fan and he exceeded my high expectations yet AGAIN as usual! To be truthful, some might consider me somewhat of a Honda snob; I'm a little bit picky (okay scratch that, VE high expectations yet AGAIN as usual! To be truthful, some might consider me somewhat of a Honda snob; I'm a little bit picky (okay scratch that, VERY PARTICULAR) about my Honda requirements. I rarely compromise in what I want, and Tom would never try to talk me into something I'm not personally 'sold' on just to make a sale. I went into Roush to meet with Tom with quite a long wish-list (and not exactly sure what to expect when buying used, as this was my first experience buying a certified pre-owned Honda). But fearless Tom stepped up to the challenge. He was brutally honest when he told me he wasn't 100% sure everything I wanted even existed within the pre-owned world. But within 1 hour of getting my wish-list down in his computer, he found my EXACT dream-car CR-V down to the very last (very RARE I must add) black leather interior detail. To some, Tom Miller may just be a talented Honda salesperson, but to me, he's more than that, he's my car guy AND my friend. Magical Miller, you've done it again! I'm positively smitten with my new Honda CR-V! More
