I have never been so pleased with a vehicle! We are a fast pace family of six with lots to do. Classes, play dates, church, swimming, basketball, hockey and figure skating. This van fits our lifestyle buy providing me with all kind of ways to move the seats to accommodate hockey bags or extra kids tagging along. At the same time I feel like I'm driving a very plush couch! Really, I feel like I'm just sailing along the road in my jammies ;-) Loven it! Actually feeling a little guilty having such a nice van. Don't get me wrong, we are not loaded with money to buy what ever we want. We have a tight budget and Tom Miller worked around it. Tom Miller was able to work with us, a husband and wife who sometimes are ships passing in the night and with four kids tagging along having a waiting area with couches and a TV screen available to occupy them was wonderful. Tom emailed me suggestions on vehicles and was patient with us through it all. God Bless You! With the exception of our home we spend more time in our van than any other building or vehicle. Buying a car can be one one of the worst experiences that a person can go through. The pressure that most dealers bring on about buying a car on the spot to get the "best deal" can be daunting. This was not the case with Roush and their Salesman Gregory. I felt very comfortable browsing the selection of used inventory they had and did not feel pressured to buy a car I was not completely comfortable with. Greg helped me with my decision through experience with the make I was looking at, as well as being more than accommodating with the loan approval process. Greg took time out of his day to drive me an hour north to have a co-signer sign the appropriate documents needed, drove me back, and didn't even flinch on the price that I was looking for. That kind of service is almost impossible to find. He was very informative about what needed to be done once I had purchased the car, and made me feel confident that I was making the right choice. The most important thing is that I drove the vehicle I bought off the lot and felt fantastic about the whole experience at Roush Honda. I would have to say that if you are looking for a vehicle, new or used, this is the only place you want to find yourself at when buying time comes around. More

When I went in to find a car Lori was extremely helpful and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. I don't have the best credit and not much of a down payment but she was able to go through and find the best car for me that I could afford and helped explain all the financing options. My wife and I visited Roush Honda on January 21, 2012 for the purposes of buying a used CR-V as a second car. Lori Strohofer was our Sales Consultant and she worked with my wife to find her a suitable vehic the purposes of buying a used CR-V as a second car. Lori Strohofer was our Sales Consultant and she worked with my wife to find her a suitable vehicle. At each point in the process, Lori made sure that my wife was comfortable with the options and the various vehicles available. A vehicle that my wife wanted to see was no where to be found even though it was indicated to be in inventory. We left the dealership thinking that we were going to be part of a bait and switch scam. While we were having lunch, Lori phoned to tell us that they had found the car we wanted to see after an exhaustive search of several lots. Lori was very kind and generous with her time and explained all the details of the vehicle and its history to us. She also showed how the pricing was determined and how fair it was given market comparisons of similar vehicles and Blue Book values. It was very clear that Lori's goal was to make sure that my wife understood that she really wanted her to be happy about her purchase and wanted to make sure that there were no unanswered questions. We bought a 2007 CR-V that same evening and the buying process was also very friendly, professional, and with no hidden fees, scams or shenanigans. The Roush team did a masterful job of making the car buying process fun and without any hassles. Financing was quick and effortless and the paperwork went so smoothly, it almost appeared magical. We are a very loyal family where trust and respect are of utmost importance. For as long as Roush remains in business, we will be customers even if it means driving an extra 20 minutes out of our way for service. We were very fortunate to have placed Roush on our routing of dealerships to visit. It was a complete fluke as we would have never traveled that far to go see a car and have never heard of them before.
