She wasn't pushy, provided feedback about the choice of vehicle and term, and followed up after the sale with an email and a card sent via the mail. There were two issues I had with the vehicle chosen. One with the trunk and the other with the bumper. Both were repaired to satisfaction and in a timely manner from the intitial purchase. I spoke with Lori over the phone. I let her know what I was looking for. I knew what I could handle concerning the price. I agreed to meet. She had a list of everything they currently had that matched my requirements. Since I had already looked up the information on the cars I had pretty much already decided I was going to buy a particular car. She offered to let me see the cars she had. I told her I wanted to see the green one. After looking at it and test driving it. We were sold. I did not even want to drive another car. Then the financing part started and it took a little longer than I had hoped, but it was not unreasonable. While the financing was being taking care of the car was being cleaned. During the cleaning they also realized that the sports mats were really moldy. They trashed them and gave me a brand new set. That was awesome. Also while the financing was being worked on she informed me she was going to take a quick break to eat dinner. We were good. We were watching basketball(my dad's favorite). She went and had some dinner that her wonderful son brought to her. Then I went to sign financial papers and he was very polite and answered any questions I had.
