The dealership showed us the extras and let us make a decision on what we wanted and that was the end of that. We would go back there any time to buy a new car. We drove about 10 miles to Rousch and it was well worth the trip. More

There has never been a time when I have walked into Roush Honda and not felt welcome, from sales to service staff. I purchased an Accord from Venko in 2002 and he has kept in touch over the years. Not pushy, but heartfelt contact, holiday cards etc. When I decided to purchase my Accord Crosstour, I never considered going anywhere else. I trusted Venko would treat me fair, and he did exactly that. The service staff and back office team also displays genuine appreciation for the business. They are professional, polite and friendly. I get the impression employees truly like working at Roush. I feel I can trust they will do what is right and not oversell a service call. I've been told there are service establishments that could perhaps save me a few dollars on simple service items such as oil changes, but it is the Roush Service family that keeps me coming back!
