He did this by using solid facts and research regarding the vehicle to be purchased, and used facts not pressure tactics to make his case. As you well know buying a pre-owned vehicle is a difficult task. Mr. Phillips made the task almost fun. He was fair, diligent, and sincere about meeting our needs as customers.
