First and foremost, Janly Wilkins (Jan) was exceptional. I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle. Jan was honest about the current vehicle situation shortage and what it would mean in terms of buying and I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle. That helped me think carefully about how soon I wanted to purchase but she always gave me time to think through any decisions. She was always reachable during the process and I wonder if the woman ever takes a moment off. Lastly she is simply a great person who takes the time to learn about her customers. If you go to Roush look for Jan. I felt like Roush Honda was easy to work with as well and they did not mark the car up above MSRP in these crazy times. With the stories I’ve been reading about prices this was nice. The fact that Roush is employee owned plays a big role here. They also stuck with the value they quoted me for my trade in after I had added 5k since they first appraised it. Tim, made financing a breeze and was incredibly friendly as well. He also did not pressure me to add on additional add on packages/programs while financing but made sure I had the information I needed to make a knowledgeable decision. .
