All in one day, he gets in a horrible car accident, and not even 12 hours later, he is sitting in a brand new car!! They did the impossible! I will definitely be back, and I will send anyone and everyone I know to them! Ask for Jason!! He went above and beyond to help us, and his communication and understanding were better than any sales representative I have ever had to deal with! Very kind, NOT PUSHY, and really listens to what your needs are!! Hard to find that in any sales representative!! You will not be disappointed! Also, Mike in finance made everything very clear on what all you would be signing!! This dealership doesn't hide anything from you! My gf and I will never buy from Roush again. We take the car in just for maintenance because you pretty much have to. They charge way too much to work on your car, but if something goes wrong it We take the car in just for maintenance because you pretty much have to.
