My husband and I regularly get our cars serviced at Roush. This last time on 10/7/13 I had a 10% off coupon but left it at home. When I told this to the person who checked me out she told me to just b Roush. This last time on 10/7/13 I had a 10% off coupon but left it at home. When I told this to the person who checked me out she told me to just bring the coupon back along with the receipt and they would give me credit. I brought the coupon back today 11/4/13. It was the same person I dealt with the last time. She started the process and then just left and went to a room without saying anything to me. When she came back she told me she couldnt give me the 10% off because "Its been a month". I told her that I was never told when I had to bring it back. She had no response to me except the manager had signed the coupon and I can use it the next time I get my car serviced even if it expired. We dont live close to Roush and driving there is out of the way. If I was told that before on 10/7/13 I wouldnt have wasted my time on my few days off to drive there. I find the response to be an insulting assumption that I would come back. We have brought 3 new cars from Roush in the past 5 years, get our cars regularly serviced there and I even brought 4 new tires there last year. We still like Hondas products but we will not return to Roush. I have never written a review on any business even when I had experiences but I could not believe that any business thought so highly of itself that it thinks the customers have no other choices and would just come back after being treated like that. We have spent tens of thousands at Roush and the $20 that I would have been credited today is mere pittance. My husband will be looking for a new car but it wont be at Roush. More
I have never given a review, positive or negative, of any product that I purchased before. So, giving one is telling you how strongly i feel. This was my first Honda purchase and will be my last. The purchase at the first one was a nightmare. The old bait and switch routine. So, I would give Roush a try to restore my faith in Honda, as I had heard good things about them. Well it did not work out so well. Our second visit for front end noise on our 2012 Honda Odyssey did not go well at all. We are a family of 5. So scheduling warranty repair work, on a school night, for the 2nd time in less than a year takes some work to accomplish. I understand that the front end noise is a common problem with this year Honda van. Honda is aware of it and issued a Techincal Service Bulletin on fixing it. We dropped the van off and told them of the repeat of our first visit's front end noise issue. They wrote down what she verbalized to them. We left with the understanding that they would "repair" the front end. They would also call us at a scheduled time to let us know that it was ready. No call was made until we called to see what was going on. They said that it was almost ready and come and get it. Not a big deal, but still not what they said that they would do. Upon arrival of picking up our van, the Service Manager tried to gloss over the fact that they did not repair the vehicle. My wife had to ask him to slow down and repeat what he just said. After learning that they did not repair the van. She asked why and he said that they could not reproduce the noise. She asked me to come and talk to the Manager. We went round and around with him as it was the same noise that we had with our first visit. He said that he was aware of that and it was a common problem and knew all about it. When asked why that no action was done. He stated that he could not reproduce the noise. This took place for about 10 minutes. I repeatedly asked if you know about ths common issue with these vans, then why was it not fixed. He just said that he could not reproduce the noise. It was like something out of an Abbott-Costello movie. After 10 minutes of this garbage we had to leave to get the kids in bed. The bottom line is that the repair was not done. The noise is still there and they have an uphappy customer. I will be in the market for a new car in the near future and was seriously considering a purcahse of a Honda from Roush. Unfortunately, this has left a bad taste in my mouth and I could not give a positive endorsement of their dealership. My guess is since we did not purchase the vehicle there, they did not want to do the warranty work. I wish that they would have been upfront about that. More

Christopher Pigg provided excellent customer service when I brought my civic in for an oil change a few weeks ago. I did not buy my 2010 Honda Accord Coupe from Roush Honda. But when I inadvertently locked my keys in my trunk (and the car was locked), I called the closest Honda dealer nearby, which was Roush, to se Honda. But when I inadvertently locked my keys in my trunk (and the car was locked), I called the closest Honda dealer nearby, which was Roush, to see if they could help. Within a half hour roadside assistance was at my car and had it open for me...FREE OF CHARGE! And the gentleman who helped me, Mike, was so friendly. I am grateful to them for their help. When I was in town for Thanksgiving, I needed a flat tire fixed and replaced on my 2008 Accord. First, due to good experiences I and others had received, I called Roush's roadside service. It was pouring rain, two days before Thanksgiving, and I was an out-of-towner. Yet, Mike the service rep was there within 30 minutes and was so courteous and helpful. Fast, too! And he told me since I had used Roush's services before, this service was free. Of course I was not going to go anywhere but Roush for a new tire. There too I was treated to a fast, courteous, good-quality experience (George was the one who helped me there). I will not hesitate to add my recommendation to those of friends and family in the Columbus area who also have enjoyed Roush's service and products. Thank you again. Overall the service has been acceptable. However I went in to have my Pilot looked at for a paint blemish on the tailgate. Evidently he is not empowered either & an appointment for Honda rep appt had to be made. 1 day for initial visit, 1 day for return visit 2+ weeks later, then another visit to drop off for body shop. They did offer to comp me for a 1 day rental but an additional cost was to be added for apprx 2 days for paint ( actual "bubble" is smaller than your pinkie fingernail). I told the rep that this is unacceptable but it was a take it or leave it attitude. I left and immediately called the service mgr but he was unavailable (phone unanswered) and eventually the call terminated on their end. I called back and asked for his voicemail, described who I was and left my phone number but 1+ days later no reply. This is drastically different than the wonderful sales experience that I had there. What I expect is someone to be able to make a decision. This is a 2009 preowned certified vehicle with a great warranty but it appears that in order to get warranty work (maybe) you need to jump through a number of hoops. Disappointed. More
The Roush Honda service center has gone "above and beyond" for me. They are polite, efficient, friendly and always ready to help. There have been several times I have "cruised" in at late hours to a beyond" for me. They are polite, efficient, friendly and always ready to help. There have been several times I have "cruised" in at late hours to ask questions that seem to be silly. They always take the time and I receive an excellent answer. The one thing I really like is that I am never treated as if I am some "silly little lady" who is dumb about cars. We have purchased 2 cars from the dealership-one new, one used. That has also been an excellent experience both times. I love that they are a family run business that cares about their community. Kudos to them and I highly recommend them! More
I had a bad wheel bearing on my Odyssey that felt like it was going to throw my wheel off on the freeway. I called Roush Honda when I got to work, explained my situation...Richard so kindly worked me in their busy schedule and fixed it. It didn't get done as promised due to some minor glitches that day so they gave me a loaner car and then Richard called on the way home to see if everything was okay. They have always been tops on my list for honesty, integrity, and service. I know I can trust them compared to another dealer that told me things were wrong that weren't. The care you receive in the Service Dept. and Sales is superior to that of any dealer in Central Ohio. Richard was exemplary in service, caring, and manner. Employees like Richard is what sets Roush Honda above the rest. I must add that Mark was exceptionally helpful, also. More
I had just sold my Odyssey, and needed a new key which had to be programmed. Joe (assistant sales mgr) actually came out to help me, and also filled out an appraisal form for the guy buying my car from o had to be programmed.
