Dreadful sales experience We had a DREADFUL experience at the Honda Gallery where we were distrspected, grossly low balled on our trade, and the car we were interested in was s We had a DREADFUL experience at the Honda Gallery where we were distrspected, grossly low balled on our trade, and the car we were interested in was sold from under us while we were IN negotiations to buy it - and they refused to explain why or how this happened. The sales manager (John) was rude, would not answer questions, double talked everything we asked, and was underhanded when evaluating our trade (trying to tell us the car had been repainted) going so far as insinuation the CLEAN carfax was wrong. Please, we were the only owners of that car and it had never been in a wreck. To make matters worse, we were not permitted to speak with the GM (he conveniently wasnt there) and when we sent an email to complain, we heard back nothing. I choose to spend my hard earned money at businesses that make me proud to associate with them. I refuse to associate with businesses that conduct themselves in an unethical manner. I found your sales managers – both John (he who refused to share his last name) and the other manager who sold the car to the other couple to be both unethical, underhanded, greedy, and sleazy. You don’t enter into good faith discussions to purchase something and then sell it to someone else. Your employees not only disrespected my wife and me, but also disrespected Chris and the hard work he put in to working with us. This sense of right and wrong is plain and simple, it is Business Ethics 101. It is because of behaviors exhibited by your employees yesterday that car salespeople and dealerships have such poor reputations. I drive past your dealership and service bays on a regular basis, and have even had my Accord serviced by your technicians. Because of the dreadful experience yesterday, I will continue to drive by, without stopping from now on, and take my business and dollars elsewhere. As I said above, I will also look for every opportunity to share my dreadful experience with friends and acquaintances so they know what kind of business practices your people use. We went to another area dealership that same day and had the EXACT OPPOSITE experience, We were treated with RESPECT, able to speak openly with the sales team, and purchased the exact same model/trim level car with fewer miles for the same ball park price. It is amazing how different 2 dealerships can be. Do yourself a favor and shop around More

The guy who helped me was nice and professional but wasn't helping me to get to the price I wanted. I ended up coming back a month later because I really needed a car and I wanted the HRV. When I came back the second time, a different salesperson helped me out his name was Herve. He honestly will do everything he possibly can to help you get what you want. Herve connects with customers and he made purchasing a car easy and stress free. He does not force you to buy anything, he is friendly and welcoming. He is a fun salesperson to work will but still professional as well. My mom needed a new car this year and she went to many different dealerships trying to figure out which car to buy, but she ended up going to Honda Gallery working with Herve. Once you work with Herve you will want to buy all your cars from him. He cares more about the customers than making sales. More
Above and Beyond Helpfulness I do not like to buy cars. I am a 69 year old woman who likes to keep things simple and straightforward. My fear was that the new car experience would be overwhelming. I was in the market for a new car because my beloved eight year old Honda Civic Coupe was totaled in a recent accident. I chose Honda Gallery because it is close to my home and because they keep a fairly large inventory of cars. I was anxious to quickly buy a car and turn in my rental. The salesman, Richard Carter, could not have been more patient and understanding of my needs and my car buying anxiety. He guided me through the necessary steps and carefully explained the updates that have been made in the Civic since 2011, the year of my last car. He listened to my questions and answered each one thoroughly. And he managed to do so without being the least bit patronizing. Although I am hoping to keep my new car, a 2019 Civic Sedan, at least ten years, I would go back to Honda Gallery, and to Richard Carter specifically, in a heartbeat. More

He really went out of his way to help me (without any reward - the car was paid in cash 18 months ago) and it was such a great help.
