Erick Joseph was the salesman I dealt with and he was wonderful. He could sense my ambivalence from the start, and although I kept asking him the same questions over and over he remained extremely patient and continued to go over everything with me until I was satisfied. FANTASTIC BUYING EXPERIENCE It has been many years since I have bought a new car, and was very overwhelmed about the whole process. I knew Honda had a great reputation, but I h It has been many years since I have bought a new car, and was very overwhelmed about the whole process. I knew Honda had a great reputation, but I had always purchased Toyota vehicles . I met Ivan and he went over ,very patiently,all the details of the different options available. We went for a test drive of the 2018 CRV EX, which I immediately liked,but I was so nervous about making the decision, that I thanked him and said I would think about it. He did not put the pressure on me, which was so refreshing and deeply appreciated . I did purchase the car this week, and again Evan spent a lot, and I mean a lot of time reviewing different features that he knew I would enjoy, and made me feel I could come back anytime with questions.
