Just bought a 2024 Rubicon 4xe from Noel Pacheco at Route 130 CDJR. Noel embodies all of the bad things anyone has ever heard about used car salesmen. I wasted time just getting him to agree to the internet 130 CDJR. Noel embodies all of the bad things anyone has ever heard about used car salesmen. I wasted time just getting him to agree to the internet listed price, as opposed to some made up number. When we picked up the Jeep he gave us one key, promising to get the other one from a secret locked office the next day, Instead, he then told us he had to track down the missing key from "the guy who traded the Jeep to them". Turns out this "guy" is nonexistent, Route 130 CDJR has owned this Jeep since it was manufactured. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because the GM, John Crooks, called and told me he'd resolve the issues. However, that was 10 days ago and still only one key. It's a bad sign when a salesman places the cost of a single key over the value of a happy customer, stay away from Noel. Love the Jeep, but the buying experience was awful. They also claimed they switched my insurance to the new Jeep, and failed to do that as well, even though my temporary registration shows it as being done. Buyer beware! More

Scheduled my 2025 grand Cherokee car for an oil change and for a diagnostic evaluation of the display screen that went blank for 24 hours. Called the dealership, made an appointment for service and for a and for a diagnostic evaluation of the display screen that went blank for 24 hours. Called the dealership, made an appointment for service and for a loaner car. We received the text confirmation of the appointment. Imagine my surprise when I came in for my service appointment and the intake person told me we had no appointment. We had also asked for a loaner car and we were told that there was no loaner car available, even though we were told it would be available. Interestingly, the confirmatory text message we received from the service manager at the dealership apparently is from a bot and not from a live person. I gather this means that this text was not confirmatory of anything. To make matters worse, the intake person and the sales manager, who were both were rude and unprofessional, said that we should call the owners to complain, which I assume means that they either didn’t care or had no interest in helping any further. Needless to say, we’ve scheduled our service with another dealership. Won’t be back to this service department. So if you own this dealership, I suggest you review your intake methods for service appointments and also review your processes to assist when things don’t go as planned. Customer service is vitally important and your service team needs a refresher course. Someone in your dealership needs to take ownership of your service department and implement change. Not good. I’m writing this review out of frustration and concern for how my 2020 Ram 1500 has been handled by the service department at Route 130 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. If you’re considering bringing your vehicle for how my 2020 Ram 1500 has been handled by the service department at Route 130 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. If you’re considering bringing your vehicle here for service, I strongly suggest you think twice. I first brought my truck in back in January 2025, when they diagnosed an oil leak but never actually repaired it. Fast forward to June 2025, I checked my oil level and found the dipstick completely dry — not a good sign for any engine. I brought it back in, and they “fixed” it (again), or so I thought. Just yesterday (June 27th), my truck began shaking violently, shut itself off, displayed multiple warning alerts, and turned on the check engine light. It’s clearly still not right, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the oil leak is ongoing. What really bothers me is that both times I brought my truck in, it sat there for about a week, only for me to experience serious engine issues shortly after each visit. Communication was basic at best — I was just told when it was ready and what had been done. There was no follow-up or thorough explanation. The real issue is this: every time I bring my truck in, it gets worse. I barely drive it — it’s a weekend vehicle — yet somehow, it’s developing major problems far too often for a relatively new truck. I shouldn’t be worried about the longevity of a 2020 Ram that’s lightly used, but here we are. I haven’t escalated this to the service manager yet, but frankly, at this point, I believe it’s an issue for upper management or even ownership. I’m now seriously considering towing my truck to another dealership because I don’t trust Route 130’s service department to touch it again. If anyone is reading this — do not bring your truck here for service. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. It’s frustrating, disappointing, and downright unacceptable. I hope someone in management sees this and takes it seriously, because this situation needs to be fixed — and my truck does too. More
Kevin Dunn – route130chryslerdodgejeep In 2020 I purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee at route130chryslerdodgejeep. That was a great car buying experience. Without much luck, I have been looking purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee at route130chryslerdodgejeep. That was a great car buying experience. Without much luck, I have been looking to purchase a second Jeep Grand Cherokee for some months. I was looking for a jeep that had pretty specific features. I had been searching all the usual web sites, including that of the route 130 dealership. Out of the blue, Kevin Dunn called me expressing a desire to acquire my 2020 jeep (which only has 38000 miles). When all was said and done, I found myself purchasing a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee with all the features I had been looking for, and at the price was willing to pay. Kevin, the Sales managers and finance were easy to work with. That’s what I call a great buying experience. More
