Stay away from this place. The phrase "the fish stinks from the head" comes to mind when doing business here. First, the actual purchase was for a certified pre-owned Jeep. Not new but certainly not a c from the head" comes to mind when doing business here. First, the actual purchase was for a certified pre-owned Jeep. Not new but certainly not a cheap car. This transaction took about 7 hours to complete. 3 of those hours was 'waiting for the finance guy'. As part of the transaction they owed us a trailer hitch. When we bought the car we were told the hitch was there but the wiring was not. Would take a week or 10 days or so. 2 weeks later I called. Not in yet. A week later they call back. Would be ready in a week or so. 10 days later called back. Now they had the wiring but not the hitch. In the meantime of course I had purchased the trailer and made arrangements to pick it up based on their estimates. First hint of incompetence. Note they never actually actively updated me on anything. I had to do all the followup. Next up was registration. We knew it would be longer than normal due to the Covid delays. About a month after purchase they call me. They tried to do the registration but were missing paperwork. We have to come in to sign something else. Guess the 7 hours we spent there on day one wasn't enough time to get everything together. And so nice of them to look at it 30 days after we bought it apparently for the first time. So we go down there to sign. Couple of weeks later "where is the registration guys". Salesman says "I think they do those in batches." OK. I actually registered another out of state vehicle myself at the DMV. Was in and out in a half hour. But these guys do batches so again I wait. A month later message them again. Registration is there. They said they called me already to pick it up. Naturally they did not do that or else I would have picked it up. So another trip down there. This next one is certainly partly on me but still shows their incompetence. Noticed months later there was no inspection sticker on the car. Send message again to sales rep. He says 'come on down, I'll put one on now'. OK. Another trip. Get there. He says 'oh no we can't do that. It was a used car'. Talked to manager who was even worse and more dismissive than the apparently new-to-the-business sales rep eventually walking away from me with a 'have a nice day' brush off. No apology or even any concern. I can see where their sales reps get their attitudes from. Well, I was having a nice day until I wasted more time coming down here! Anyway, these folks are completely incompetent and dismissive once the money is exchanged. And sales people, the masks are supposed to go over your mouth AND nose not just the mouth folks. But better still avoid this place like Covid especially if it is a used car you are buying and if you do find yourself in the unfortunate position of buying from these guys don't believe a word anyone says. More
