We test drove one car and when it got down to the numbers, the car payment was too much for us. When we thought we were going to leave without a car the manager Jose and Bobby put their heads together and remebered a car that was just traded in that would fit all the requirements we had for our growing family. they got it to the dealership in less that an hour, we test drove it and drove home with it a few hours later. They made sure to get us the best interest rate they could and really went above and beyond. This is the 2nd car I have bought from this dealership and the 4 th car from the Nellson car dealership family. I never once felt pressured to buy and we will absolutely return again for the next car. More

It wasn't the fact that he explained a lot of features about the car, or that he could tell me about his time buying his first car, or when he insisted on me and my grandma test driving the car even though my grandma was already sold. It was when I was waiting in his office and he sat down and said, "I will not sell you this car, unless you both are 100% sure you want this car" not the exact works but it was the first time buying in a dealership where the salesman just wanted to hear a yes and started signing papers. From the really long test drive we did, he met us at our mechanics (in Vernon) and waited for Jeff to give his "thumbs up". The price "negotiation" period was quick and the contract signing went smooth. There was NO used-car-salesman pressure, no gimmicks, no "buy now and save" (and no lunch). Also, no "hidden" sales manager behind a wall to give approval and no sneaky tactics. Everything that Milton said, he did. Route 15 is a hidden gem of a dealership. Even though they are connected with the "big boys", you don't get the flash-bang that you see at the other larger car lots. Even if Milton looks like Wil Wheaton (Big Bang and Star Trek), you will be treated fair and with respect. What more can you ask. More
