My dream car!!! I have been searching for a while to find a Dodge Challenger within my price range. I contacted the dealership about one they had on the lot and unfor I have been searching for a while to find a Dodge Challenger within my price range. I contacted the dealership about one they had on the lot and unfortunately my price couldn't be met. However, the next day Nick (dealer) sent me pics of one that was just traded in. It was gorgeous and the best part is they dealt with the banks and got me a great interest rate and were able to make the payments meet my requirements. Very friendly, attentive and hard working dealership to meet the customers need. I would highly recommend stopping by if you are in the market. More

Moving on from the Mini Van I traded in my Mini van for a vehicle that handled better in the snow and would still fit my family and get decent gas mileage. I went back to Route 1 I traded in my Mini van for a vehicle that handled better in the snow and would still fit my family and get decent gas mileage. I went back to Route 15 car center after my husband purchased his truck from them one month earlier. I had a great experience with Milton. He was very patient as I test drove several different vehicles while trying to figure out what kind of car I was comfortable driving and that would also suit my needs. I ended up with a 2015 Chevy Traverse and it is a great car that I was able to decide on in 3 days. The pricing was in line with what was listed in all of the online sites that I checked so there was minimal haggling on the final price. The processing of paperwork was fast and easy and I was in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours with my new car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car. More

2013 Ram The guys I worked with at the dealership were fine. The thing that soured the whole process for me was that I didn't realize the truck had a bad vibra The guys I worked with at the dealership were fine. The thing that soured the whole process for me was that I didn't realize the truck had a bad vibration in it until it was too late. My test drive was limited to the point where I didn't notice it. Since I was continually assured by the sales people that I was protected for 60 days against anything that was wrong, I was comfortable making the deal. I brought in the truck to get looked at 2 times, which is an unavoidable inconvenience. Aafter continuing to experience the problem, I was told by Dover Dodge (Nielson) service people that nothing is wrong with the truck. So, now I'm stuck with a vehicle which according to them has no issues, but clearly still vibrates at certain times. I would suggest having an independent mechanic look at the vehicle you're interested in, even if it's certified pre-owned. I do regret making this deal and will try to re-sell the vehicle as soon as I can. More
