Excellent First Car Buying Experience!!! This was by far one of the most gratifying experiences I've had. Though, I was confident in finding and locating a car, I was mainly concerned about t This was by far one of the most gratifying experiences I've had. Though, I was confident in finding and locating a car, I was mainly concerned about the condition of the car, the available information I needed on the car, the patience of my rep and the tolerance I would need from my rep to be able to handle my ignorance on cars! But I stayed positive in hopes that they would be able to guarantee me a good experience and they did without question. I was very delighted at my sales rep determination in especially the fact that he did not judge my lack of credibility. Not many place go far and beyond to meet the expectations of others. During my visit here, I was definitely given an example of great work ethic and considering that I've worked retail for many years, I am an absolute believer in providing that much of it. I am truly appreciative of their hard work and especially grateful for my sales rep Milton for keeping me in high spirits through the entire process. They were able to accommodate my requests and resolved a technical issue with the vehicle after I bought it. After I got home, I realized the rear wiper was not working. I notified Jose and we made an appointment at the body shop. The car was fixed according to my schedule with no issues or further cost to me. Now the "bad": The only thing I didn't like was the added costs for processing the vehicle and window etching that were not part of the advertised MSRP, and totaled almost 20% of the MSRP. This bumped up my total cost significantly. More
