Route 18 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I brought my Jeep in for a sunroof leak and was told the issue was a clogged drain. However, my invoice states the drain tube was kinked and had to be resealed, which required pulling back carpet and perfor issue was a clogged drain. I was charged over $500 for this, but a kinked drain tube sounds like a defect or routing issue rather than normal maintenance. I’m disappointed this was not submitted under warranty or at least discussed as a possibility. The repair itself seems to have fixed the issue, but I would have appreciated more transparency and an effort to advocate for warranty coverage. More
