Unprofessional and miserable experience So I met this sales associate from Route 18 Auto Jeep dealership in East Brunswick,NJ while I was bartending. He is an older man. I am in a very unfor So I met this sales associate from Route 18 Auto Jeep dealership in East Brunswick,NJ while I was bartending. He is an older man. I am in a very unfortunate situation with my current vehicle so this guy said he could help me out. So a couple weeks go by and my current car finally breaks down. I've already funneled almost $4000 into this car and I've only had it since January. So I reach out to this guy and he tells me to stop in. The day I was supposed to stop in my uncle who I was very close with had passed away. So I rescheduled for this past Friday 9/6. Here is where the "fun" begins....I walked in and he comes to hug me which I found odd because we aren't close and I don't really know him. He was a bar guest. He then turned around while we are walking and talking about car stuff and unzips my hoodie so I smacked his arm away. He says "Oh wow. You got really defensive. You acted like I was undressing you." I said, "Well you unzipped my hoodie." To which he responded "Well I was just trying to look at your chest tattoo." And I replied "That's still not okay." So anyway he somewhat "apologized" and we keep it moving. Then he starts with hitting on me. He starts telling me that it's a shame I'm not single and that he would love to take me out, STRESSED that he was being serious and kept saying I was beautiful. So I was like okay thanks but I want to discuss cars and how you can help me. He said several times that he would get me a good deal but that I'd owe him. I got some information from him but nothing super helpful. At the end of it, I get up to leave he comes over to hug me AGAIN and I'm clearly not receiving that well and he CONTINUES to lean in and attempt to KISS ME! He got the edge of my lip on my right side and I felt his SPIT on my face. I honestly didn't know what to do because I was shocked. I said, really? What the xxxx? And he replied with What? Like saying what's the big deal. I left and I went home, cried out of anger because I just needed some kindness and someone to help me and instead I got sexually harassed and touched. I ended up calling Freehold Jeep in NJ and I did speak to Javier the manager in East Brunswick, as well as a representative for Jeep. But my BIGGEST issue is that this man has a reputation for doing this to other women. Everyone knew who I was talking about before I even mentioned his name. He was relocated from Freehold. Even Javier was like "Yeah well we knew he was creepy but not this bad." So basically all the managers knew this man was a little "too flirty" and "creepy" yet nothing was done about it? So had they actually done their jobs, this probably wouldn't have happened. The guy was fired and I got a bunch of I'm sorry this happened but that's not good enough for me. I was a potential new customer. And instead I was sexually assaulted by a JEEP employee. They didn't actually do anything to help me or my situation that I initially came in for. They just acted like I was just a regular sale even AFTER the manager told me to come back so he could make the situation better. They offered 900 off the price of the car and gave me all this financial jargon and never actually answered me as to HOW MUCH they were willing to help me on the pricing of the car. I also like how Javier (manager) didn't even have the nerve to come talk to me himself. He sent his finance manager and one of his sales girls (who is probably the only positive in this whole ordeal) to speak with me knowing xxxx well this should have have ONLY been handled by management. They ran my credit and all this crap just to avoid my question and not just be upfront like hey we can't help you or hey we cant discount this car because we don't feel that bad that you were touched on our property. By the way, FREEHOLD JEEP helped me and provided me an affordable solution and placed me in a car I LOVE. Avoid EB Jeep at all costs! More

Unethical Pratice! This has to be the worst dealership I have ever been too! The level of professionalism is garbage! My wife and I go to look for a new vehicle (White J This has to be the worst dealership I have ever been too! The level of professionalism is garbage! My wife and I go to look for a new vehicle (White Jeep Compass), she found one she liked but noticed it had the engine light on and a bunch of other error message. I told the salesman Jason that we did not feel comfortable purchasing a new car with an engine light so if he could please find us another one exactly like the one they have but without the engine light on. Jason assured the engine light was no issue and it was just a "software update" that had to be preformed but nevertheless Jason told me they would get another one exactly alike from another dealership but that I had to pay $430 to get it transferred. I had a funny feeling about this so I took a picture of the VIN number to make sure they would actually get a different car. So we paid the $430 and waited for 3 days while the "new car" arrived from another dealership and went through their service inspection. When the time came to sign the papers to receive the car I noticed it was exactly the same car through the VIN number!! They lied to me about receiving a car, inspecting a new car, having to pay to get a new car from another dealership! It was all lies! When I caught them red handed they kept twisting their stories back and fourth! Such an unethical practice! Never trust this dealership or work with Jason! They will try and sell you damaged vehicles! They made me waste my time and lied about it entirely! You have been warned! More
