Extremely unhappy On April 18, 2019 I brought my car in because my oil plug/pan was stripped from the previous oil change service performed here. I am extremely disappo On April 18, 2019 I brought my car in because my oil plug/pan was stripped from the previous oil change service performed here. I am extremely disappointed that as a loyal customer, an oil change resulted in a $700 repair bill. The service manager confirmed my records, and as the original repair bill was $1026, and it was reduced to $700. I am exceptionally dissatisfied that I had to pay for such a costly repair due to prior dealer workmanship and the lack of accountably from your service manager. This costly bill and denial of your mistake has lost my trust in your dealership. A few days later, received a text saying I would receive an e-mail survey from "Jeep Research" -- never received that. It seems it is more important to make an income target than to keep long-term loyal customers. More

Great experience! I came in sadly to trade in my 2016 Wrangler stick for an automatic because my clutch knee has worn out. Friendly & worth an hour drive! I had been trying to get out of my lease and into a new one for a few weeks and was dealing with a lot of games and unfriendly people at dealerships. I had been trying to get out of my lease and into a new one for a few weeks and was dealing with a lot of games and unfriendly people at dealerships. Eventually we were put in touch with Javier and Jeremy and I am very happy with the outcome. They were very friendly, in constant communication with us and our 1000 questions, and were willing to work with us. We drove over an hour to get a car here and would do it all over again. Once there Jeremy was super helpful, friendly, and informative. Definitely recommend!! More
