Liars My salesman lied to me. Tried to sell me a certified wrangler, but said the certified warranty costs extra on top of the advertised price on their own My salesman lied to me. Tried to sell me a certified wrangler, but said the certified warranty costs extra on top of the advertised price on their own website. An extra $1500!!!! After haggling with him, I got the Jeep at the agreed advertised price. He screwed up my registration and transferred plates from a car I didn’t even trade in! Then I tried to put the soft top on the Jeep that included the extra dual top, and it’s missing all of the door surrounds. Now I’m out another $500 to buy them. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Car salesmen have a bad rep, and this is why. His name is JT. Stay away from that guy. There were plenty of other horrible things that went on during the transaction that I won’t list here. More

Pleasant experience. Had to do a tire rotation, oil change, and had a rattling sound coming from the front of the engine bay. Changing sensors They supposed to change 2 sensors,oxygen and exhaust temperature.Never did.They just reset CEL,whitch came back after one week(I went to other mechani They supposed to change 2 sensors,oxygen and exhaust temperature.Never did.They just reset CEL,whitch came back after one week(I went to other mechanic and he checked the code ,whitch was the same P2002 and check those sensors and they are old,never been changed !!!).Left massages,nobody called back.This is one of many problems I've had with this guys.This is the one and only worst service I've ever been to.General manager is never there ,advisors don't give a xxxx.Leaving massages and nobody call you back Last month I left my car for oil change and CEL ,took them 4 days to find out,what code is it.When I picked up my car I checked the oil and was black like an asfalt(they jus reseted oil change on cluster ).They lost my oil cap whitch I had to buy it for $90 bucks and when I told the advisor Jeff about it ,he said,he is going to check the cameras and call me back.Never did! They have the best prices and above all, you are treated as a priority even after the purchase of your new vehicle has been made. I have been to other dealers that have treated you wonderfully in the beginning to get you to buy the car, and then once you have purchased it, they act like you are bothering them when the time comes to get the vehicle serviced and so forth. Then not only are you treated poorly but they then overcharge you for your service. The prices in the service department at this dealership are very fair and they do great work. Rt. 18 Dodge / Chrysler / Jeep treats you just as good when you come in for service as they do when you are making the purchase which is a wonderful feeling. I will not be using any other dealership other then Rt. 18 Dodge / Chrysler / Jeep because THE CUSTOMER IS THERE #1 PRIORITY HERE! More

I called Ryan and between him and the general manager Javier they were a pleasure. I also cannot forget Sophia in finance a true professional and a pleasure to deal with .
