They care about YOU and your car. I have used this Dealership/Service department twice and each time the Service Advisors have gone above and beyond to exceed my expectations. This place needs help Instead of writing a long boring story here’s what you did wrong. -internet sales Yohanna Blanco never came out meet and introduce me to sales pers Instead of writing a long boring story here’s what you did wrong. -internet sales Yohanna Blanco never came out meet and introduce me to sales person I’d be working with. -vehicle I came in for was not there. -sales process was sloppy to where I had to take the lead. -manager never came by to even say “hello, thanks for stopping by”. -instead of trying to make a deal happen, I was told you’ll be coming because the Out the door price you have from other dealer is wrong and you’ll have to pay tax and fees... I must not know the definition of “out the door” even with my years of experience selling cars. -Also you should offer a business card, I didn’t not storm out the door as much as I was tempted to. Irrelevant but a cherry on top for you, their bottled “rt18 natural spring water” is unsealed tap water! What a joke. More
