I took it to the service center, and they were very nice over the phone. However, when I took my car there to be serviced, they called me back under 2 hours telling me it’s fine. I was upset because I never had an issue before. I spoke to David (financial director) who basically told me I was being crazy and I was “all over the place”. He was extremely rude and no help whatsoever. Funny thing is, when I bought the car and gave him all my money, he was extremely personable and kind. Funny how things change after they have your money. I was also told with a service, the car would be washed. I suppose because there was no work actually done, they decided not to wash it either? Such horrible customer service which really upset me because when I bought the car everyone was so nice. I felt shoved out of the service department and it was very frustrating because they wouldn’t even try and help me understand the issue. They just shooed me away. Mind you, I have full coverage, and I’m pretty sure all they did was look under the hood and close it right back up. Customer service in he customer service department was also bad- again, felt like I was being shooed out. More
Lemon I leased a 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 from Rt 18 Auto in February 2018. In July 2018 the check engine light came on and the engine overheated. I brought it i I leased a 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 from Rt 18 Auto in February 2018. In July 2018 the check engine light came on and the engine overheated. I brought it in for servicing. It took 11 days for the problem to be fixed and it turned out to be two completely separate issues with the engine. The dealership has been completely unhelpful when trying to speak with the financial department regarding voiding my lease on this lemon they sold me. Disappointing considering I was a returning customer. More

They have the best prices and above all, you are treated as a priority even after the purchase of your new vehicle has been made. I have been to other dealers that have treated you wonderfully in the beginning to get you to buy the car, and then once you have purchased it, they act like you are bothering them when the time comes to get the vehicle serviced and so forth. Then not only are you treated poorly but they then overcharge you for your service. The prices in the service department at this dealership are very fair and they do great work. Rt. 18 Dodge / Chrysler / Jeep treats you just as good when you come in for service as they do when you are making the purchase which is a wonderful feeling. I will not be using any other dealership other then Rt. 18 Dodge / Chrysler / Jeep because THE CUSTOMER IS THERE #1 PRIORITY HERE! More

I purchased a charger for my son from Ryan he was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with while I was there I saw a ram that I liked . I called Ryan and between him and the general manager Javier they were a pleasure. I also cannot forget Sophia in finance a true professional and a pleasure to deal with . Service Had my Towed in on Sunday night because it seemed like it was overheating and loss of power steering. Went back a second time for a reason Went back to this dealer for a second time within a year for a reason. Had no issues with them the first time and liked the service.
