Water leak repairs, including issues related to sunroof drain tubes (whether clogged, kinked, or restricted), are not eligible for goodwill assistance through the manufacturer. That said, if there were any possibility for coverage, we absolutely would have submitted the request on your behalf we always look to advocate for our customers whenever an opportunity exists.
