Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your concerns regarding the repair process and want to clarify the situation. When you brought your car in, we diagnosed the issue and identified two parts that needed to be installed. You approved the repair, pre-paid for the parts, and picked up your car. After a week or so, you contacted us and declined the repairs, requesting a refund and to return the parts. As part of our standard policy, we typically charge a restocking fee for returned parts. However, we made an exception in your case and did not charge this fee. Instead, we did charge for the diagnostic time, which totaled $200, along with a $14 charge for a fuse we installed. We believe this approach is fair and reflects the work and time invested in diagnosing your vehicle. We strive to provide excellent customer service, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
