I’ve been servicing my car here for almost 3 years and drive 1 hour to get there because the customer service is so much better than the dealers closer to me. They offer better price options and don’t pre drive 1 hour to get there because the customer service is so much better than the dealers closer to me. They offer better price options and don’t pressure me to spend more like other dealers have. I was having an issue with my car last week and had to take it elsewhere, and the dealer tried to blame route 18 for all my issues and did not clearly explain to me the issues with my car. After speaking with Chris and getting a full explanation for what was going on with my car, I wish I had gotten in touch with him sooner. I’m only giving them a 4 because ive had a hard time getting someone on the phone on multiple occasions. other than that, they’re great, compassionate and I recommend themN More
