I came in for an oil change only to find out that my free oil changes were cancelled. This was the 2nd time since 2016. I was disgusted But with everything going on I just shook my head and said fine I will oil changes were cancelled. This was the 2nd time since 2016. He brought up that I really needed breaks which I knew. He really convinced me that I really needed breaks now.I Said OK. His customer engagement Through the whole experience was absolutely amazing.
