I left a message, and am waiting for a call back. In the meantime, I had a follow up call with someone named Art Novell who was supposedly the sales manager. He was very abusive and didn't like being asked questions about the matching. He double talked in saying, only after I pressed him, that they would honor it, but then he said but it is not his decision, and that HIS manager would have to decide. He also accused the other dealership of not being truthful in their quote, implying that they could not honor it if that were the case. All this was with a very insulting tone. I decided not to waste my time visiting Route 22 because of how he treated me on the phone.

I prefer to communicate in email which I indicated as my preference in one of the forms coming from the dealership. I did try calling twice, but I got your message service. I do not leave voice mails, as I prefer email or text message instead. Is this possible? thank you. It's now 11/5/2020, and no response. Ironically, if you describe a negative experience with another dealership, you get the same contact person with voice mail. I wonder if the person really exists. Maybe some personal feedback here that is not a generic copy & paste message
