Rude Service Advisor I scheduled an appointment for the service maintenance of my car and oil change. Mike Harridas was the one assigned to me. When I came in he asked me what I need, I told him I need an oil change and rear window wiper blade replacement. Every time I come to this place the service advisors I worked with informed me the recommended maintenance services my car needs but this guy is different. He told me right away that I can’t have a free oil change if I’m not going to get one of the recommended services. Take note, just for the record he have not presented yet what are the recommended services. Feeling disgusted on my part I told him that I don’t know about it, so he took the handbook and highlighted to me the paragraph that says about it. Isn’t that kind of behavior is RUDE? My purpose of going there is for maintenance and oil change so he must present first the services that I need for my car and if I insist that I need free oil change only then that’s the time he will show me the handbook (Service Maintenance Book)! I told him that I can get any of the recommended services but I don’t like that you are going to give me a condition, it’s rude! To everyone who wants to come to this place for your car maintenance just be careful that you won’t be assigned to this guy or else be specific and tell the customer service that you don’t like this guy Mike Harridas as your service advisor. I hope the Route 22 Honda Service Center will re-train this guy before you let him sit again in his office. He’s disgusting! More
Pricematch declined after producing all legit documents We visited this dealer for buying new car and they showed price match garuantee pamplet. We were hesistant to on first visit. We did some home work and went back again with one of my friends sales contract. We visited second time and told them we want to buy the car for same price. Sales person said she has to check with her manager. She came back and told us they will beat the competitors price by $300 provided we buy the car on same day. We said ok. They started processing the application and ran credit check. After sometime, manager cameback and told us he can't pricematch as they are losing money on that car. I showed their 110% pricematch garuantee pamphlet which i got on my first visit and he started asking about various documents. We presented all the documents he asked included signed financial contract with American Honda finance. After 1 hour long conversation,He didn't know what to do and approached his senior manager. Senior manager told that program is just in books and they wont honor the price. He was very rude and advised to purchase the car from competitor. I asked him to give in writing and he walked out.Only reason why we went there was because they had the color I am looking for in stock. I wouldn't recommend buying car from route22 honda unless you are willing to pay $2-3k more. We felt like route22 honda are making false pricematch publicity to lure customers. Another dealer who has that color in stock matched the price and we drove the new car in less than 45min More

Service non completion I dropped my car off the day before to have it worked on. That same hoover sound still persists. The cashier gave me my keys and paper work and that had me walk all the way to the other lot to pick up my car.....talk about inconvenience. Waiting to be called for the sun roof issue only to get an appointment I never scheduled, not a courtesy call, even my call was never returned. You claim I was supposed to call you when you got parts for the sun roof but you did promise to call. This is just too much! More

If you value professional behavior, DO NOT come here. I first visited this dealership, due to a family referral, and came by in April, around 20-25, of 2018. I received a good quote, but I was out of stat I first visited this dealership, due to a family referral, and came by in April, around 20-25, of 2018. I received a good quote, but I was out of state so could not close by the end of the month. Today, I visited them and gave a phone call to the sales representative, Ronaldo, who said come on in and we will get you the best price. So, I arrive in the morning between, 10-11 but Ronaldo is busy with another client so I tell, I will go somewhere else and be back when you're done. So I ended up going to the other Honda dealership which is ONLY 5 miles away, to kill time and get a quote from them, so I know what I should be looking at. I spent an hour or so at the other dealership and then drove back in hopes he would be done by then. So, I get back, and within 30 minutes Rolando is back with numbers. This time around I am quoted an even higher price of 1500 more than what I was quoted back in April. I let him know, and he then speaks to Jonathan his Manager, to which Jonathan brings me to his desk. He lets me know the lowest he can do, which is still higher than the quote I got on an OFFER sheet, from the other Honda dealership I had to visit because they were busy when I came in. He is courteous, and trying not to call me a liar, and says no offense, and if I have any proof. I do let him know, that I can get it if he needs it, but even then he is still quoting me higher than what I was being offered without all this time I spent going back and forth to this dealership. He tells me he will ask someone higher up, and I tell him I have another meeting to which he didn't seem to like the answer. I told him straight up because I am rather forward and like to be open. I had scheduled a meeting with Madison Honda while sitting down for the 30 minutes at their dealership because the numbers didn't add up so Why would I not make backup plans. He became visibly upset, abruptly got up, said" Thank you, but I don't want to earn your business" He also added the remark, " There is no loyalty". This is why this dealership gets 1 star. This manager has the AUDACITY to talk about loyalty when they quote me higher prices when I return, and when their dealership talks about 110% price match. How dare someone in a manager position to have the audacity to break professional norms with a client. Why even have the price match guarantee if they don't understand what it even entails. I was absolutely taken back by this kind of snarky remark and unprofessional exiting. A total time of 2 hours in the least was wasted for me, to be left with a sour taste in my mouth regarding this visit. If the dealership/manager does not want your business, they don't need to make snarky remarks or become emotionally upset and abruptly leave. That was what made me the most upset regarding my visit. This is something I do not take lightly. Professionalism is an absolute, even if you are not able to finalize a deal. While I did like my encounter with Rolando, who I would give 5 stars for his professionalism, the manager, "Jonathan"'s last showing made this a 1 star review, to which I would give 0 stars. I will never be visiting this dealership again, and will never recommend this place to anyone in my network to visit. To those that view this, maybe you will have a different experience, but I value self-respect and behavior like that should never be rewarded. How dare someone in that position feel they could act like that. Disgusted. More
