They need to get their act together very disorganized ! In this day and age with all the car apps and competition you would think a dealership would be on their toes in every Aspect of buying or leasing a In this day and age with all the car apps and competition you would think a dealership would be on their toes in every Aspect of buying or leasing a vehicle. I found some areas to be OK and others extremely poor. For example When I walked in and told him I wanted a CRV base model lx they told me there were none left in stock and proceeded to test drive an EX. It’s still boils down to how much I can afford a month in payments and I decided to go up a little bit to get into the EX With more features they then proceeded to magically find an LX but of course it was going to be only at the new amount I proposed which was above my budget. I recognize that some of this is negotiations however I don’t like the fact that they cannot give me a list of what’s available when I walk in and it be the real list of Available inventory. Then they could not locate “the car” we negotiated at the end And found another one magically. I just find that to be a very poor inventory system they have in place and they need to get a better handle on that. Otherwise the process was smooth and my salesman Bill was very nice. He even brought the car to my office the next day when it was located in Ready which was a nice gesture considering I came twice to the dealership and was supposed to be leaving with my car the previous evening . My suggestion to them would be to look at every aspect of the customer experience and make it the best they can be in order to survive in the future with all the competition out there. More
