Route 22 Honda

Online appointment-calling in. I live in Jersey City and travel to route 22 for service and car purchases. For the past few years. My only reason for 3 stars was the appointments on I live in Jersey City and travel to route 22 for service and car purchases. For the past few years. My only reason for 3 stars was the appointments online. I made an appointment online which was confirmed online. When I arrived the valet driver did not find my appointment and expressed that the appointments made online will not be honered because they do not come up on toute 22 system. So my wait time will be more than an 1hr and 1/2. As we all know with work and a busy schedule the use of online appointments is of extreem importance. I am unable to make appointments during normal business hours. If this was not the only hiccup. I would have rated route 22 honda- 5 stars... But the service tech was amazing and very knowledgeable. More
