Friendly and rapid service at Rt22 Honda Went in on the morning of 3/19/18 with a check engine problem, I did not have an apt but upon a tap on Paul Giameo’s office window he greeted me and w Went in on the morning of 3/19/18 with a check engine problem, I did not have an apt but upon a tap on Paul Giameo’s office window he greeted me and was readily available to hear my issue, he told me not to worry and I was able to get promptly on my way to work which I appreciated. Paul is my service advisor of choice, Paul has been at Honda for a very long time and is very knowledgeable at what he does, he takes great care in explaining the issues and went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was needed to get my car working again. He always offers suggestions or service recomendations on any maintenance needed so that I am aware of what maintenance should be done so that my car is operating at its optimal best. I am certain Paul gives this exceptional service to all of his customers because he truly cares and wants customers to be satisfied with the service provided. Fastest time out I've ever had I came in for an oil change and a regular check up. The oil change was done in 20 minutes to a half hour. I was called in and was told about 3 recom I came in for an oil change and a regular check up. The oil change was done in 20 minutes to a half hour. I was called in and was told about 3 recommendations. I agreed to 2 of them and was done in about another half hour. I enjoyed a nice ride home with new oil and tires in good shape. More
