Hillside Honda review I always go to this dealer. People always say dealers rip them off and try to make money off of them at every visit but, I can’t say that to be true w I always go to this dealer. People always say dealers rip them off and try to make money off of them at every visit but, I can’t say that to be true with this Honda service dept. My go to person is Paul Gamio, he’s awesome! He’s personable, listens and his knowledge and attention to detail sets him apart from every one else. I value his recommendations, he will often tell me which one need immediate attention and which ones I can hold off on until my next oil change. He responds to emails immediately which is beyond excellent customer service. My car has been under his care and runs smoothly. I also, Appreciate that they offer a courtesy shuttle which tKe me to and from work so I don’t have to wait for my vehicle. It’s ixed while I am at work. I have been coming here for 11 1/2 Years and will continue. More

Watch Out for Rip-Offs at Route 22 Honda Plain and simple: I was charged $607 + tax for my 30k mile car service. Tom, the customer service representative started "honey"-ing me when I asked if that price was about average, and told me, "well, you don't have to come back until you get to 60 thousand miles." No, I don't have to go back EVER. And I don't recommend anyone else go there, either. More
