THE BEST SERVICE CENTER Professional, courteous and friendly service every time. Hours are very good, I used to think a dealer car service will rip you off but at Honda that Professional, courteous and friendly service every time. Great Customer Service I had originally come in to get my battery replaced. While I was there, the Customer Service Rep named Paul had went through what I needed additional I had originally come in to get my battery replaced. While I was there, the Customer Service Rep named Paul had went through what I needed additionally done. I was aware, since I do keep up on my maintenance. I usually was getting serviced at Honda in Staten Island, but their prices are much higher and I was looking for other locations. I'm glad I used Hillside Honda. I made an appointment and had all four tires replaced, ($100 off discount), my back brakes, Resurfaced rotors, replaced discs and my air filter changed. Oh and an oil change. All prices were very reasonable and they match competitors. Might I add the sales tax is much lower! The estimated wait time was as expected. Paul was very courteous and kept me updated. It is worth the drive into NJ for this type of service. More

Service Misrepresentation Dealer tried to fake me out with a simple Oil Change. They changed the Oil but failed to replace Oil Filter!!!!!!!! My complaint call went unanswere Dealer tried to fake me out with a simple Oil Change. They changed the Oil but failed to replace Oil Filter!!!!!!!! My complaint call went unanswered. They tried to sell me all kinds of services the car did not need. They offered a computer check up for $120 just to provide estimate of potential services. DO NOT GO THERE FOR SERVICE! More

Professional Paul was very helpful. Service was quick but my only issue is that my tire was replaced and I was not informed of whether it was a used or a new tire. Paul was very helpful. Secondly, the report stated I was GOOD on every category but I was recommended to fix my wheel alignment and my two vents. Therefore, I suggest that the reports must align with the recommendatios.
