I didn't enjoyed my last visit. I've received a call 3 weeks ago from the finance manager at the service department to stop by and get my referral check for a friend of mine that I'v I've received a call 3 weeks ago from the finance manager at the service department to stop by and get my referral check for a friend of mine that I've referred almost 8 months ago after being lied so much about that check. He told me to stop on Tuesday and from my experience with them, I went couple days later on Friday, the check was still not ready and up to now nobody has ever contacted me or email it to me. Thanks again for not being professional at all, having me wasting my time after several times going there when you could of let me know just by a simple call that the check was still not ready and to be honest, I'm not even going back to that place even if for a regular oil change. Thanks for everything. Ps I forget the finance manager's name but when you get to the service department, he's the one sitting all the way to the right side. More

It's Getting Better Let me start from the time I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment. There are 2 doors in the service center for the entrance. I used the leftmost door, I kept waiting but nobody opened it. While the other door opened right away when somebody comes, 2 cars were already in even though I arrived ahead of them. When my door opened up , I complained to the guy who confirmed my appointment but he was so calm, very respectful in giving his answer with a smile. I was already upset that time but I calmed down because of his very pleasant reaction. My service Advisor that day was Maynor Alvarenga who is also very pleasant and calm. He listens to all my maintenance problem and offer solution to it. How nice to keep coming back to this service center if all the employees are like them. I hope that the company will hire more people like Maynor. More

He is very calm and giving attention to all my needs. He enumerated to me all the services needed for my car. Everything were done in 2 hours and 30 minutes. A lot of customers are waiting for their job to be done. Thanks to the guys in the service center who reported on this black Friday and helped out customers.
