Our experience with this dealership was excellent because the sales associates who helped us were extremely forthcoming with information we needed to lease the car we wanted. We went shopping for a new leas the sales associates who helped us were extremely forthcoming with information we needed to lease the car we wanted. We went shopping for a new lease nine months before our current lease was done, hoping for an early termination on the lease. Some dealerships kept us in their store for hours promising they could help us, only for us to find out they could not. In this dealership, the associates helped us know that we would not be able to get the deal we were looking for until our lease on the car we were replacing was nearer to an end. They gave us honest instructions on what they could do for us and we knew we were going to return to them. When we did return, we again found that the sales associate was excellent, a straight shooter, who patiently answered questions, figured out what he and the dealership could do to meet our requests, and made it as easy as possible to do the paperwork and buy the car. We really enjoyed the experience. More

This time, however, I was SURPRISED, they gave me there lowest price from the start (given the dealership's new sales approach) no haggling no waiting. I was sitting in my new car in 2 hrs flat.
