Process took 7hrs - unacceptable. We had a credit score of 799 (self) & 720 (wife) and we knew the vehicle we were interested in. No need for this process to take as long as it did. We drove from New York City because of the good reviews. When our car was delivered, it had multiple grease stains. We had to drive all the way back to get this resolved. There was no apology given at ANY time. Never mind a complimentary service or perk to make the relationship better. This all happened from 3/15/2014 through 3/22/2014. Guess the business is base more out of NUMBERS for the end of the QUATER instead of building and creating a customer service foundation. These folks dropped the ball on the backbone of any company in an economy that depends on customers to return and new opportunities. More
