YOU WILL BE CHEATED. I went to this dealer to buy a new car, with out my knowledge finance manager who was dealing my deal added warranties (these costed me $3000) for the sake of his commision. I had to deal with lot of stress to cancel some warranties . Dealer was least responsive to my calls and messages. Finance managers there donot respond to your calls do not return your call. I still have some warranties which the dealer said cannot be cancelled. They will add warranties one or the other way. Please go through all others review. I did a mistake by not looking at internet. But due to their inefficiency in paperwork, they made me come the next day. And then sent me a letter in mail asking to pick up the license plates. Inspite of me repeatedly asking the general manager, Ed Garcia as well as the sales manager requesting that they mail the license plates, i even offered to pay them for mailing it -- they never got back to me till i called and emailed them numerously. At that point, they just refused and told me to pick it up. If you are looking for a horriffic customer experience, go to Edward Garcia or Stanley. I rest assured will not ever buy/lease any cars from them again. More

I called ahead of time to inquire about the specific model I want to purchase. The employee was -as I realized later- faking that he's actually looking up the models, all he wanted to have me come. Rt22 Honda people are very nice to you until you buy a car. After the next second they are completely opposite. Never go there. They sell you so many things which are not needed in the car. Very unprofessional staff with no care for the customers. They only care about the money they have to make for the week. If they made the numbers , they are ok. Nothing else matters. The Director of finance will not even talk to the customers!!! why, we are buying their cars, we are their business and the reason for them sitting in their cushiony offices!!! I went to this dealer to purchase a 2004 Dodge Ram truck. The salesman, Howard Clarke, and his manager, Jos and I went over some numbers and we agreed on a price. Before I agreed to purchase the truck, I asked that a few things be fixed first such as the broken fog light, the bulbs that were out and to install the other half of the dvd player that was missing. The salesman agreed but said he had to put it on paper saying if these things were fixed, I would buy the truck. I also had to leave a deposit of $500.00 so the next day, Saturday June 14th, I came back, gave Howard the check and signed the agreement. Howard told me that this check is just to hold the truck so they can't sell it to anyone else and that it will be given back to me when I come back to sign the purchasing contract. They cashed the check on June 18th. Howard and Jos told me that I would be able to pick the truck up by the next week, Thursday June 19th, the latest. I never rec'd a call from them giving me an update so I called the Howard on June 19th @ 9:00 a.m. and didn't receive a call back. I called him again @ 4:30 p.m. and left him another message. He finally called back and said the truck wasn't ready yet but should be ready by Friday, June 20th. He said he would call me on Friday but never did. I got home from work and had a message on my machine from Jamie, one of the sales managers, to thank me for buying the truck and if I had any questions or concerns, to call her. I called her and told her that I still haven't gotten the truck or a phone call from the salesman. She said she would have him call me. Howard then called me and told me that the truck still wasn't ready and he didn't know when it would be ready. Then, on Monday June 23rd, Howard called me to apologize for the situation and t otell me the truck still wasn't ready. So I told him if the truck wasn't ready by the next day, I didn't want it anymore. I then got a call from Jos on Tuesday June 24th and he apologized and said that it shouldn't have taken this long and the truck will not be ready anytime soon. He said he completely understood that I didn't want the truck anymore and that he would start the process to get me my money back. He told me to get my money back, I would have to fax him a copy of my bank statement showing that the money was taken out of my account (they should have that in their records). I thought it was strange so I didn't do it. Jos then called me on Wednesday June 25th and said that he spoke to his manager, Raphael, and they will not be giving me my money back because I backed out of the deal. I called Raphael everyday after that to speak to him about the situation, left him voicemail messages everytime and never rec'd a call back. Howard called me on Monday June 30th to let me know that truck was ready. By now, I'm so furious with this dealership that I don't want the truck anymore. On Tuesday July 1st, I spoke to Shakira, who CLAIMS she works in the customer complaint dept and she said she'd look into it and call me back. Her and Jos called me back on speakerphone and they told me that I'm not getting my money back because I backed out of the deal and they did nothing wrong. She was rude and arrogant. Stay far away from this dealership. I'm in the process of taking further action. More

I bought car from this dealer and they added some service plans which i don't want and they say it can't be cancelled. I had went to Route 22 Honda about leasing a brand new Honda Accord, in Polished metal metalic with a V6 engine. The salesman whose name was Pedro had given me the pricing for this vehicle for the most ba Honda Accord, in Polished metal metalic with a V6 engine. The salesman whose name was Pedro had given me the pricing for this vehicle for the most basic model. Throught the entire conversation I had expressed the fact that the vechile had to be V6. He said that it would cost me $350 a month for a 42 month term. After much negoting we had settled on this price, he expressed that it was a special deal based on the fact that my mother had purchased a Honda Fit with him also that night. Once we filled out all the paperwork for this V6 Grey new Honda Accord I then had my father sign the papers because the vehicle was under his name. It was then around 10:30 when we went outside to see a Belize Blue Pearl Honda Accord. I immediatly said to him that this wasnt the color that I had asked for and I didnt want that color. He then kept saying "Im sorry man, I must have put down the wrong color code but its such a hot color etc etc, I then decided just to take the vehicle because the color wasnt terrible. I then had also had the assurance from him that the vechile the wrong color was still a V6 engine, he assured me of this over and over. 3 weeks later I was at work and was talking to a few co-workers talking about my car and the had told me that it was not a V6 car. I instantly had checked on this and then found out that it wasnt a V6 it was a V4. Not only did they give me the wrong color but all together they gave me the wrong car. I am insured under a V6 car and am paying the lease price for a V6. I had called the dealership on monday telling them my problem and was assured that someone would call me back,it is now thursday and nobody did. I went into the dealership they told me there is nothing i could do or nothing they could do, they basically refused to help me telling me its not their problem and the seller denied ever having any disgussion abouta V6 vehicle. So basically I got screwed on having to pay more for this car because im paying for a V6 when in reality its a V4, They are sooooo dishonest dont even waste your time or money going here. OH and hope you have alot of time on your hands because we got to the dealership at 5pm and didnt get out till 10:30 at night becuase the paperwork took more then 5 hours for them to do. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANY ONE More

When discussing the options with the salesman for a new lease, I was told that the vehicle had Bluetooth. It was the first question I had as it was the biggest thing for me. After we agreed on the number based on the way the vehicle was described, and the contracts were signed and money was paid, the vehicle was washed and brought around for us to leave. As I'm getting in the car, he (The salesman) told me "I messed up, the vehicle doesn't have Bluetooth." It was Saturday night and the parts department was closed, so we agreed that Monday morning he would call the parts department and order the parts needed to have the Bluetooth option installed. I had to call 3-4 times a day as the salesman never called me. I finally went in on Wednesday night and spoke to the manager, only to find out that the salesman never checked about the part nor did he even speak to anyone, and the manager tells me it's too late, the money was already funded. The only thing they offered was to have a aftermarket product installed and they wouldn't split the cost. They would not alter my payments either. They told me that the only vehicle that had Bluetooth (Factory) was the next model up, which I said I would accept a swap and pay the higher payment, but they were asking $100 more per month over other dealerships. The salesman and the manager I dealt with were both nasty and unhelpful and I was told "I don't want to hear another word about the BBB!" and "If you wanna bump heads, I got the hardest head." "We can't take the car back and you are stuck with it" All I wanted was to be put into the next model up which has the option I wanted, and I would pay the fair value, not $100 more. What are my options? It seems the salesman delayed the first couple of days to have the money funded so I can't get out. The vehicle is not what I negotiated. Why should I pay for someone else's mistake? More

I called about 20 dealers and these guys gave me the best price quote over the phone for the car i was looking for. When i got there i was not greeted by the person who was suppose to meet with me inspite of price quote over the phone for the car i was looking for. When i got there i was not greeted by the person who was suppose to meet with me inspite of making an appointment with him. Right away came the bait and switch. They said they just sold the car i was inquireing about and offered me a different color, the only reason i was still there was because of the price quote. I saw and test drove the car and agreed to buy it, after about 90 mins waiting the sales rep came back with a work sheet with an inflated price and it wasnt even itemized. Threaten them to walk if this issue wasnt resolved sale rep returned with itemized work sheet charging for extras i didnt order. Waited 60 mins for this issue to be resolved then only after i signed the work sheet and signed over my trade in they changed the intrest rate on me. After about 6 hours i finally drove away with the car but had to return my registration documents and side body molding that i had ordered. Took the car in for the side body molding and 60mins later they returned my car with the work done 20 miles extra and reeking of cigarette stench. This has by far been the worst experience i've had with a new car dealer, i would not recomend this dealer to anybody i know. More
