I came in for an oil change only to find out that my free oil changes were cancelled. This was the 2nd time since 2016. Leased an Accord before from Route 22 Honda. That was an ok experience the first time, but this time it was so much better. Granted, my old leased car had low mileage and was in great shape, but they made ok experience the first time, but this time it was so much better. And the process was so easy and quick compared to the “normal” car buying experience where you can spend an entire day waiting for your new car. Fausto Ariza, the finance guy, was upfront, clear in all explanations, and not shady like most of them I’ve dealt with in the past. Adriana Gomez is bilingual, knowledgeable, low pressure and makes the sales experience easy and so low key. Recommend both for a sales experience the way it should be. More
