The staff, particularly Joel Maldonado, were extremely friendly, approachable, and above all else eager to see that I came away with my purchase with a great sense of satisfaction. In addition, Joel made it explicitly clear that I could reach him with any other problems or questions after I had bought my car and in one such example was able to help me quickly and conveniently service my car after it had gotten punctured in one of the tires just two days after I had driven it off the lot. I could not have asked for a more accommodating and generous treatment out of a dealership and would definitely recommend Route 22's friendly and helpful atmosphere to anyone in the market for a Honda car. Nate was a dream to work with. He listened attentively to all my needs and help me set up a plan and put us into a new 2011 Odyssey. I was in New Jersey to visit my brother, and came to Route 22 Honda's service department because my CR-V had a bit of a rattle up front. I was afraid to drive my CR-V back to Maryland if something bad w Route 22 Honda's service department because my CR-V had a bit of a rattle up front. The people were great, and figured out I needed new brake pads and had to have the rotors adjusted. They worked fast and offered me a fair price, so I am happy with everything.
