Below average service I went yesterday (July 25, 2018) for the 10k service on my newly leased van. In 10k service, oil & filter is changed; tires are rotated and car is was I went yesterday (July 25, 2018) for the 10k service on my newly leased van. In 10k service, oil & filter is changed; tires are rotated and car is washed as per sales agreements. I noticed that tires were not rotated or car was also not washed either. Tires were rotated only after I requested them to be rotated. It was strange because just few months ago in Feb I purchased the van with lifetime oil changes and free car washes. Upon mentioning this, kevin from service told me that the will only do oil changes up until 25k miles also no free car washes. I'm amazed how shameless and dishonorable one car company could be; It's beyond my comprehension. Thank you for reading. More

Remote car key replacement I lost a key, I purchased 2 uncut key remotes on eBay! Route 22 was able to cut the key in the parts department. I made a Service appointment to have I lost a key, I purchased 2 uncut key remotes on eBay! Route 22 was able to cut the key in the parts department. I made a Service appointment to have the new remotes programmed. I got a 2 for 1 deal for $177 with tax + the cost of the keys on EBay!! Give yourself 2 hours for the cutting & programming, the piece of mind is worth the wait! More
