I went to the dealership to find information on a new car with my car for trade. The front desk was welcoming, but all the salesmen were hanging around at the front door waiting for customers. I happened to have Ali work with me, but he was anything but useful. I gave him my credentials and didn't even waste time test driving as I new what I wanted. He asked when I was going to buy the car. I told him if the price works within my budget I would take the car within a week. I guess he didn't like my answer as his demeanor changed and the rest of his answers were short and none helpful. (there were only 2 customers in the showroom, including me) I would think when you have a customer with good credit and ready to go, you would be a bit nicer, I thought wrong. Will not return to this dealership and will take me money elsewhere. More
After researching and reviewing many websites for a used Highlander, we ended up at Route 22 to follow up on an offer I made on a 2008 Limited Highlander with roughly 39k miles. I was told that there would be no compromise in price because the dealer had purchased the vehicle at cost and there was little to no give in price. However, what this salesperson (Alex R.-fantastic) did was to offer me other options that were out there, namely purchasing a new Higlander with most of the features that I wanted (except Navigation), for about the same price that they were offering the used Higlander. Since our credit is sound, we were able to get the Toyota advertised lowest rate available for 60 months. However, in gving us the new car at close to invoice price (we had done the research), they stood firm on the price of our our trade-in, a 2008 Prius with nav and leather. Although they finally did come up somewhat in what they offered us, it was at least 1500-2000 below what I would have taken, had we not been pressed for time. Once with the finance rep (Steve), they added another almost 1800 in bank, destination, and dealer related one-time fees that they wanted to add to the loan! We flatly refused and were willing to walk out (it was about 9 pm at this point) on the deal. Seeing that we were serious they waived those one-time charges and took another 1k off the final price! All in all, somewhat pushy to get a deal done but if you're willing to stand firm on your price and know what you want, they'll get a deal done for you on your terms- I don't mind pushed because I know I'm not going to budge either :). I'd go back there again before exploring any other alternatives. More
Best experience ever. Love my car. Love the people that work there. Was a quick and easy process. Rod Solis is a real gentleman. Promised me a great deal and he delivered on his promise. Don't understand how anybody else could have had a bad experience there. They truly were great. I love my car. Its a new camry. Toyota really does make a great car. I know they had some recall issues but I have not had a problem with my car. Once again, Rod made me feel real comfortable with that issue too. More

Awesome experience. Great staff. Purchased a new rav4. It is great with all this snow we have had. People at the dealership were straight shooters. I can't believe what a great deal I got at route 22. I dealt with the general sales manager. What a real professional. He served me coffee got snacks for my kids and even went over the features of the car dealt with the general sales manager. What a real professional. I came in with a certain budget and ended leaving the store paying less then I expected. Can't say I expected that but it really made me feel good about my purchase. Definitely recommend. More
Worst authorized service dealership. My mistake was that I did not research the dealership prior to going These people use an extremely hard sell and extremely high pressure tactics. You don't get what you want, but you end up paying thru the nose. And forget about service. On a scale of 1 to 10 they rate a -189, which is the number of years before I will ever willingly deal with them again. More
My wife and I went to this dealer for a RAV4 test drive. The salesperson was young with NO knowledge. He took my driver's license for a photocopy before test driving and did not give it back to me. After a short test drive, we did not like it and decide to look at other brands. The salesperson refused to give me back my driver's license and insisted that I made an offer!!! OMG- I thought I live in a civilized country... I asked his manager and the manager had the same tone saying that they can make me a great offer and still didn't want to return my driver's license... I threatened to call the police and they didn't care. Then I did call 911 and they didn't believe it... Until I showed them the number on my cell and the sales manager said "okok give back his license!!!" This is the WORST and SCARIEST dealer I've ever been to in my life. Buying a car should be a pleasant thing but the persons in the dealer were just horrible... Be sure you let you cop friends know before you decide to shop there... Good luck... More
