I recently bought 2 Honda vehicles (a 2016 Honda Accord Touring on 10/31/2015 and a 2016 Honda Civic EX with sensing on 11/28/2015) from Route 23 Hond I recently bought 2 Honda vehicles (a 2016 Honda Accord Touring on 10/31/2015 and a 2016 Honda Civic EX with sensing on 11/28/2015) from Route 23 Honda in Pompton Plains, NJ and I wanted to tell you about my experiences there. My sales consultant was Dave Garcia and it was a truly wonderful and stress-free experience. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a car! I am originally from New York and come from a family with many drivers. As a result, we had many cars, usually 4 at any given time. When I moved to New Jersey, among myself, my husband and my mother, we maintained 3 cars. So my family and I have had a great deal of experience working with car dealerships. This was usually a very stressful experience, especially before the internet, as many dealerships were dishonest, provided misleading information, and included hidden fees in the final price of the vehicle. While this improved with the widespread use of the internet and sites like trucar.com, many dealers still have hidden fees and provide misleading information, which presents a problem when buying a car. When I recently got into a car accident and totaled my car, I knew I wanted to buy a Honda but was not sure where to go. I called several dealerships and spoke to many sales consultants, but I only visited Route 23 Honda, which is where I bought my Honda Accord. The reason I chose Route 23 Honda was that of all the people I spoke with, David Garcia was the only one who did not have a hard sell attitude, and gave me the impression that he was a very honest person. My impression could not have been more right. When we (my husband and I) went in to buy our Accord, Dave did not haggle or push options on us. He was very honest, very accommodating and he gave us a great price for the car. From the time we entered the dealership until we left was only 3 hours and we walked out with the Accord that night! Talking with Dave was not like talking with a car salesman, but more like talking with a friend. We also talked with several other staff, particularly Joe Fardella and Sunny Chan, who were also very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Talking to them also felt like time talking to friends. Sunny has 2 beautiful daughters (as we do) and Joe loves to exercise just like my husband does. They had a great time discussing that. Route 23 Honda is a truly great dealership to work with. When I decided to buy another car (as my van was 7 years old and I wanted a smaller vehicle), Route 23 Honda immediately came to mind. I wanted a Honda Civic EX with sensing but unfortunately there were none on the lot. However, Dave arranged for the car to be there 2 days later (on Monday 11/30/2015)), so I could pick it up. While it was not exactly the color I wanted, Dave made numerous calls and really went out of his way to locate one of the colors I wanted. Other local dealerships had one of my preferred colors, but would not "give" them to Route 23 Honda for me (the other dealers may have felt I would have come to them to get the color I wanted instead of staying with Route 23 Honda). I bought the Civic EX with sensing, in a non-preferred color, because I knew that Route 23 Honda and Dave Garcia had the honesty and integrity that I value. And, AFTER the deal was closed, Dave gave me complimentary all weather mats because the car was not in one of my preferred colors. The contract was signed and the car was paid for, so he did not need to do this. However it just goes to show the type of person Dave Garcia is and the fact that the entire dealership goes out of their way to put their customers first. I will definitely recommend Dave and Route 23 Honda to all my friends. In summary, I want to thank Route 23 Honda for hiring Dave Garcia, Joe Fardella and Sunny Chan because they all made my purchase of 2 cars so easy. I believe that they are honest men, with a lot of integrity, who put their customers first. I believe all three of them are an asset to your organization and I wanted to write this letter to tell you about this wonderful experience. More

Same time Me and My friend purchased another HONDA CRV EX 2016 Model with another dealer almost same price with 2 Free Service. Other than this Sales person called my several time and gave On road price to buy . But after reaching there they are changing their mind. Even they sent us email communication for this but after going there you will fill like you are cheated. Because of this I loosed two very good deals from another dealer, because of frustration i bought car from Route 23. But I will never think to buy my another car from there in coming summer. More
