Disappointed in the sales staff, but result ended up ok Immediately upon walking in, I knew I wasnt in a BMW dealership simply based on the looks each salesperson gave us. Instead of smiling and welcoming us, it was clear they were sizing us up for our potential to buy which was really annoying. Having been in sales for a long time, you need to at least pretend you care about the customer. We worked with a salesperson who didnt really know how to communicate the Accords benefits very well. But, he certainly knew how to try and convince us to buy stuff we did not need, like when he told us etching would automatically save us 10% on car insurance. In the end, we held our ground and got the price we wanted and got out. It was just kind of painful getting there. More
