I leased a 2011 Honda Accord... after that Once again I found myself needing a car.... so off to Route 23 Honda... Always an EXCELLENT Experience. I leased a 2011 Honda Accord... after that lease ended, I upgraded to the 2014 Honda Accord.. Loving It At this time, I needed to add a 2nd car to my household, so I decided to go with a certified used 2010 Honda Accord that fit my budget.... SO FAR SO GOOD!!!!!!! Stephen Mains was my sales person.... Five stars Stephen... very friendly, informative, and prompt at getting things done... THANK YOU More

Mike Murphy is unproffesional Be careful dealing with this one. I picked up my car from service and Mike walked out to confront me about the complaints I had regarding the manner o Be careful dealing with this one. I picked up my car from service and Mike walked out to confront me about the complaints I had regarding the manner of which his dealership handled my situation. Not only was he condescending to me , but very unprofessional ,after I expressed my disappointment, I walked back to my car and noticed a crack on my hubcap where the car was repaired.. I looked on my service report no damage was found when they took my car in. So to confirm my disappoint I pointed out the obvious ,which was the sloppy service performed,and he began to lash out at me in front of his staff. His whole staff. Ive never been so humiliated in my whole life. Then he refused to fix it and threw all kinds of obscenities at me like " your to cheap to buy the extended warranty" I told him I wasnt offered it. $615 later he tells me my wheel bearing issue is not covered under warranty. I only had the car for 8 months. I paid reluctantly, but Mike treated me less of a human telling Regis larkin to get me out of there. Why? Because I was argumentative? And thought it was not right to talk to a customer that way? He should be removed. He gives Honda a bad name. Be careful of Mike Murphy, I just drove away, and hub cap still cracked by his technicians that he didnt want to repair. Id rather pay someonelse to repay it than have to be humiliated by Mike Murphy..Poor leadership at this dealership. More

Fantastic experience, I go through cars every 2 or 3 yrs and this is the best experience I can remember. I was looking at a similar preowned Pilot down the road and they couldn't make the numbers work so I and this is the best experience I can remember. I was looking at a similar preowned Pilot down the road and they couldn't make the numbers work so I wasn't too hopeful. I explained to Alton (sales person) that I had limited time as I was in between meetings, at first we were a little off on the numbers but he engaged Victor (manager) and I explained my situation and he got a little creative and the deal I was looking for was offered. I explained I'll think it over during lunch, I was shocked no heavy pressure. I came back after lunch and did the deal. I was short on time and they needed to touch up and prep the car so we agreed I'd come back the next day and trade in my car, sign papers and go. That's when I met Sunny (finance guy), another rock star. He told me to plan on spending an hour to an hour and 15 min. Let me tell you he had me completed in around 30 min - quickest and best experience I've ever had. I would 100% recommend them as well as buy from them again - the team of Alton, Victor and Sunny best I've dealt with. More
