Ron is knowledgeable in all aspects of the Honda products and the fact that I only had to call Ron and say it's time for another car, Ron would say give me a time and come in. And in most cases I'd have that car same day or the latest the following day. Having a salesman who knows what you want when you want it and your spending budget is Ron Siegel. No need to go to another dealership, and never a consideration to ask for a different salesman. Most important to me anyway is when a salesman sells you something and you leave chances are you never hear from them again. Not Ron Siegel, he calls frequently to follow up and if I have any questions or concerns, he helps me himself or refers me to a reliable source. More

The one and only dealership that I had to looked at. Already having done a lot of internet searches on a new car to buy, I narrowed it down to a Honda CRV, Honda Pilot or a Mazada CX-5. I am 6'1' tall a Already having done a lot of internet searches on a new car to buy, I narrowed it down to a Honda CRV, Honda Pilot or a Mazada CX-5. I am 6'1' tall and wanted an SUV, so I needed to get a car that could fit my body and though I wanted a Pilot, was conscious of the MPG that a Pilot would get vs the MPGs of either the CRV or CX-5. In any case, My wife and I were doing Christmas shopping and decided that after shopping we would go to a Honda dealership and do a test drive. We did not intend to go to any particular Honda dealership, but just happened to drive on Route 23 and low and behold we came to Route 23 Honda. We walked into the dealership and Alton Brown greeted us. We told him we were looking at a CRV or a Pilot. As it was cold, ALton offered to show me a CRV outside while my wife stayed warm inside. He also showed us the Pilot that was in the showroom. The Pilot was really sweet looking but the price was a little out of our range, especially for what I wanted. Alton go some keys and then proceeded to take us both outside to see the three different versions of the CRV that were available. I was able to sit in each CRV and see all the interiors, was able to adjust the driver's seat to fit my size, all the time with Alton describing all the standard features of each version. He was very knowledgeable, polite and put no pressure on us. He answered every question we had about the car, and I had alot. He asked us what one we preferred and then took us out far a test drive, after politely asking me for my DL. The car was very smooth, had several of the standard features we wanted. Seriously, the car almost sold itself. Of course when we went back and sat down to talk about price and options, Alton explained all the additional options available for the CRV, He asked us about what else we were looking for and was able to go online and show us the comparison of the CRV and CX-5. Still with no pressure we started to discuss price. We negotiated the price with the assistance of the Sales Manager, and the price that we settled at was a superior price, enough that we did not want to look at the CX-5. The whole experience and process for buying the car was the absolute best car buying experience we have ever had in over 30 years and 7 cars that I have bought. We were able to put a down payment and drive the car home that day. Alton Brown was terrific and hopefully Route 23 Honda Service will be as outstanding as the original car buying experience . I had purchased a new 2002 Accord, then traded it i My most recent experience at Route 23 Honda is the fifth that was made in our family of two. I had purchased a new 2002 Accord, then traded it in for a new 2008. Most recently I purchased a 2013 Certified Accord from the showroom floor. The car was immaculate and the guarantee couldn't be beat! My daughter is now leasing a 2014 Civic and she's "tickled skinny". Her previous Certified Civic 2000 had served her well. Route 23 Honda gave her a more than fair trade toward her 2014 lease. The very fact that we keep going back should speak volumes to anyone wanting to purchase a Honda!!! Our Sales Consulant, DINO RICCIO was our best yet. He was patient, always courteous, friendly yet professional and oblidging through a process that took hours. My daughters and son-in-law are always "looking out for my best interest". Dino "made things happen" and I'm extremley happy with the results!! My only complaint was with the young lady to whom I made the payment for a battery in my 2008 (the reason I had gone to the Dealership in the first place). She was not at all friendly, would not smile, could not look me in the eye and her general attitude was obnoxious. Everyone, and I mean everyone else was great. More
