He took the time to help me find the car I wanted and did not pressure me to buy options I didn't need or want. He understood it was a large purchase and was honest about what I would need to pay. My kids also love the popcorn and drinks that are provided. The coffee is great too! More

I needed to know if it would fit in our garage. Andy said let's go see if it does. He allowed me to drive the CRV home and I was able to see it fit perfectly in our garage. Andy went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of my concerns. He even helped to put in our child safety seat for my son. Our finance person Fred was great also, He explained all the coverages and worked with us to get the best deal possible. He was very patient and answerd every questions we had. We had fun going to a car dealership looking for a new vehical. I would highly reccomend Route 23 Honda when you are looking for a new car! Please ask for Andy! More

Be very careful Bought a used Civic from Ron Siegel. Great customer service with both he and Sales Manager, Ron Wood. Would recommend both of them in a heartbeat. Bought a used Civic from Ron Siegel. Great customer service with both he and Sales Manager, Ron Wood. Would recommend both of them in a heartbeat. Then it went downhill. Business Manager Wilson Feliciano closed the deal. When writing up the contract he overcharged me on two items and never mentioned anything about a deductible for the extended warranty. No big deal. We fixed it and moved on. I did not expect to drive the car off the lot that day due to not having enough money in my checking account. Wilson told me that it would not be a problem and that I could drive it home that day. He agreed that they would not cash my check until after I called them when my money transfer cleared. This was on a Saturday. Monday morning I check my account online and was shocked to see that they submitted the check and of course it bounced. It gets worse. I called and left a message for General Manager Mike Murphy on Monday and Wednesday. He did not return my call. Called Mark Ciasullo the General Sales Manager and spoke to him on Friday. He said that he would speak to Ron S. and Wilson F. and call me back. He never did. I email the owner the following week and explained in detail what happened. I did not receive a response from him either. I did however receive a check for the insufficient fund charge from my bank without an apology. Nothing at all. I guess once you drive the car off the lot they don't care about you. I doubt I will ever go back there again. More
