Need a car...then look no futher Route 23 took car of all aspects when I was buying my car. Erick R. who took care of us, really pay attention to what I was saying. It wasn't like he Route 23 took car of all aspects when I was buying my car. Erick R. who took care of us, really pay attention to what I was saying. It wasn't like he was trying to push extra features or was just trying to make a sale. He listen to what my key features were and still kept me within my budget. It was such a smooth transaction, no headaches and no surpises in the end. Erick R. was very friendly and made me feel like I was part of his family. Also, Sunny the Finance Manager was very informative on all my questions and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car and make sure to ask for Erick R. More

HONEST & PATIENT I found myself in need of anew car unexpectedly. Had not researched cars nor even looked at cars on the road to see what I liked because I was not in I found myself in need of anew car unexpectedly. Had not researched cars nor even looked at cars on the road to see what I liked because I was not in the market for a new car until my car "died" last Sunday. Working 6 days a week, it was hard to find the time to invest in this process. And I wasn't even sure if I wanted a mid-sized sedan or small SUV. I went to 3 dealerships and it was like Goldie Locks and the 3 bears. First one was too dishonest. Lease prices kept changing, going up every time they mentioned the approximate payments. The second one was honest, but talked too much and didn't listen. they made up their minds what car I should want before I did. Then I went to Route 23 Honda and Carlsen was my salesman. He was very pleasant and patient with me. He help me figure out that the CRV would be best for me and understood what was most important to me because he listened. And there was no xx from him or the Manager (I forget his name). He also understood I had a limited amount of time and helped get me in and out quickly. He is honest, hard working and intelligent. I consider myself lucky to have had him as my sales person. More

Now I am coming back to rate my wonderful experience with the Service Department. Everything was easy and fast. I made an appointment with Mary Ellen and when I brought my car in, I had the pleasure of dealing with Bill Frost. Everybody over by Route 23 Honda is very efficient and everything is working like an well oiled machine. I was given a loaner for the few hours that my car needed to be in, which was a very pleasant surprise for me. I wasn't used to such an outstanding customer service. Coming from Crestmont Toyota, it was like coming from the dark ages to the 21st century. I wasn't yet finished with my paperwork when Bill pointed to my loaner that was already in front of the door. The car was running and I just had to go in and drive. I've never had such a great experience in the past. Bill called me when my car was ready and when I came back he was kind, pleasant, answered all my questions and took me to my car that was waiting for me. I also saw Mary Ellen, who is such a nice good person, always with a smile on her face and ready to help. I am very impressed with everything I've experienced with Route 23 Honda. I feel very safe knowing that this dealership is standing behind everything that I might need in the future. Thank you Mary Ellen and Bill from the Service Department. Fixed a Bad Situation I have been going to Rt 23 Honda for years and was always happy with my experience. In May I bought what was supposed to be a Certified Used Honda Pil I have been going to Rt 23 Honda for years and was always happy with my experience. In May I bought what was supposed to be a Certified Used Honda Pilot. I was never really quite happy with it...although they addressed my concerns as they came up. There is much more involved in the story, but the short version is, it turned out that the car (unbeknownst to the dealer) had indeed been in an accident, which would explain why I always thought there was something "off" about the engine. They alerted me to this issue as soon as they discovered it and worked to make it right, from my Service Representative (Bryan) to the General Manager to the Manager of Used Car Sales, to Erick, the poor Salesman who got stuck with me! Everyone was wonderful and I love, love, love my 2015 Honda Pilot! Erick was particularly helpful and a pleasure to deal with; he handled being thrown into an awkward situation with grace and professionalism. More
