Another great experience at Route 23 Honda This is our second purchase of a Honda Accord in the past 13 months and Eric & the Roue 23 team came through again. I tried to purchase a White 2014 This is our second purchase of a Honda Accord in the past 13 months and Eric & the Roue 23 team came through again. I tried to purchase a White 2014 EX at another dealership after agreeing to a price over the phone/internet but when I showed up, low and behold the car was "Just Sold". Having had this experience before from this Auto Group and telling this to the Rep and being assured the car was there all we needed to do is come in to do the paperwork at 1 PM, the option they offered to get the car in a few days was not a road I was willing to travel with them. I went back to Route 23 Honda and provided Eric the documentation that showed the price and they matched it and said it would take about a week. I would have gone there to begin with but they didn't have a White EX in stock and only one other Dealership in the area had one so didn't contact Route 23 first - big mistake and I've learn my lesson. Next time I will deal with the Dealership that has done nothing but meet their commitments and provide a very competitive price. Thanks Eric, Sunny (finance) and Route 23 as you have a customer for life!!! More
