Purchase of a car I did not anticipate I walked into the dealership, the receptionist asked me if she could help me, I told her I would like to (see ) a Honda Pilot. She called Ray Sebasti I walked into the dealership, the receptionist asked me if she could help me, I told her I would like to (see ) a Honda Pilot. She called Ray Sebastiani. Ray introduced him self, and I tild him I would like to see a 2014 Pilot told him the colors I wanted. Ray looked through his papers, only to tell me he dod not have those colors, but would I like to see a 2015. we took a test drive and returned to discuss the cost. We spent a little over an hour talking about the value of my trade in and the cost of the pilot. Ray very politely went back and forth to his manager trying his very best to satisfy me. After his forth trip the manager came over to introduce him self and very politely nice my car was, and very nicely explained how the number system went about, we finally can to a happy agreement. Well that very day I drove away with my brand new steel metallic Honda Pilot EX-L happy as a bed bug and very pleased how I was treated by Ray and Izaic, sorry not sure of his spelling. Thomas A.
