We quite often put off purchasing a car due to the "salesman experience", which for many is never pleasant. Alton brings more of a feeling that you are among friends when visiting your dealership. He truly helps you feel that he is with you through the entire process right up to the point where he hands you your new car keys. Alton was thorough in showing us all the wonderful features of our new car and made sure to answer any questions we had. We had our 2 1/2 year old son with us and Alton was extremely patient with him (not always easy even for us parents). My son warmed up to Alton very quickly - kids certainly can sense a good person.
