We quite often put off purchasing a car due to the "salesman experience", which for many is never pleasant. Alton brings more of a feeling that you are among friends when visiting your dealership. He truly helps you feel that he is with you through the entire process right up to the point where he hands you your new car keys. Alton was thorough in showing us all the wonderful features of our new car and made sure to answer any questions we had. We had our 2 1/2 year old son with us and Alton was extremely patient with him (not always easy even for us parents). My son warmed up to Alton very quickly - kids certainly can sense a good person. You have a wonderful associate at your dealership...a real asset to Honda!!! The unplanned 2014 Honda Pilot! Recently I took my 2006 Pilot in for a routine oil change only to find that my car was in need of over $2,500.00 worth of work! Upon hearing that I kn Recently I took my 2006 Pilot in for a routine oil change only to find that my car was in need of over $2,500.00 worth of work! Upon hearing that I knew that it may not be feasible to fix the car. The service team was amazing and was very patient while I debated between purchasing a new car and fixing the old. Once I moved over to the sales department, I had the pleasure of dealing with Dino Riccio who went above and beyond to help me figure out the best move. As I had not planned on purchasing a new car, you can imagine how high my level of anxiety was. I was not prepared or at peace with the idea of making such a decision so quickly. Dino really stepped up and took the time to help me through the process, while working with me to keep the cost in check. Even with all my indecisions and back and forth behavior, Dino never made me feel pressured or difficult. In fact the morning I came to pick up my car I made a last minute change and Dino didn't flinch. I truly felt he really just wanted me to be happy and at peace with my decision. My family has been loyal customers of Rt 23 Honda for over 20 years and we are always very pleased with the high level of service we receive when dealing with both sales and service. Route 23 Honda is a tough act the follow I was reluctant to walk into a dealership and haggle for a used Jeep this week. To buy my last car, I emailed a number of Honda dealerships in my are I was reluctant to walk into a dealership and haggle for a used Jeep this week. To buy my last car, I emailed a number of Honda dealerships in my area (tristate) looking for the best price. A number of dealers emailed me their best prices, and I went with the lowest price. Although that process was painless and efficient, my experience at Route 23 beats it. Rolando greeted me at the door, and I asked him if I could test drive a jeep I saw online. He gave me the keys immediately and told me to enjoy and take as long as I wanted. When I got back to the dealership, he gave me a price for the car, and I asked if he could go lower. They did go lower, lower than I expected. I did my homework with this Jeep, and I know I received a fair deal. I know the dealership made their money, but I was not taken advantage of with the price of the car or with the finance rate. Everyone I dealt with (Rolando and Sunny, the finance guy) was honest and upfront. They suggested I don't trade in my car because I would make more if I sold it on my own. They made me aware of the warranties but suggested I talk to the Jeep dealership if I really wanted an extended warranty. Rolando even picked my up at work today (30 minutes from the dealership) so that I could finish the paperwork and drive the Jeep off the lot. The car was sparkling and ready when I finished the paperwork. I bought two Hondas in the past few years from different dealers. This experience at Route 23 was THE BEST. It is refreshing to see a dealership take pride in their customer service. I'll be going back there again although it is an hour away from me. More

Test drove the Accord and CRV, traded in my Dodge and now with the CRV I still have the ability of hauling big things, while not using the large amount of gas. I think I got a great deal with my trade in, they were able to write me a check which was extremely helpful. Gave me a full walk through of the dealership, and coupons for future services. Overall all employees I dealt with were helpful and friendly. I would recommend to my friends and family! Thanks Tom! - George Miskar More
